I'm a frequent visitor of smoke shops since I Vape a lot and am an avid collector of unique glass pieces and this was absolutely one of the best experiences ever. The staff is super informative and very helpful. Not only were they super nice but the also never made me feel awkward or stupid about any questions I had. You definitely need to come here if your looking for anything Vape/ smoke wise and want to feel like family right away. Don't waste your money anywhere else!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on!

Soon as I walk it I was bombarded with "pull your mask up, take off the hoodie, take your hands out your pockets". Not very customer friendly if you asked me, I told them I wanted a look around and the employee followed me around the store constantly asking if I needed help and continued to give me his opinion on everything I turned towards. As far as the contents of the store? Everything's over priced, lots of nice heady pieces but again... over priced. For a better customer service experience, I like 3D smoke shop. The pieces are cheaper and the employees have no problem negotiating. Won't be coming here anymore. Hire friendly employees. Also what kind of smoke shop doesn't sell Newport's? Also forgot to mention they let an older gentlemen without a mask come in after me without getting the boot. What's the point of giving ME all those instructions but not the guy behind me.

This is a good smoke shop with very nice and caring owners!! They know everything about their products and if your in need of something else that you don't see they'll try to help you put as long as you ask them!! They have a really nice sitting area for those who like to sit and smoke with other customers! So the only bad thing I've seen is they seem to run out of products often but they have said they're hoping on fixing this!! So great shop if your looking for one or just to have another one to try out different flavors!! Enjoy your vaping!!

Ill start by saying, I wanted to like this shop. Cheap prices, and it was right around the corner for me. "All sales final" is plastered all over the shop, even before you walk in. Normally I wouldn't have to worry about this sort of thing, but from my experience, this must be how they scam all their customers. First visit, I bought a spinner cap that didnt produce spiral airflow, ended up just using it as a second carb cap I don't need since they wouldn't let me exchange. Chalked that one up as a small loss and still stupidly decided to go back again today for a bowl piece for a new water pipe I got. Hard to go wrong on a simple dry herb bowl right? Welp, they did and guess who had to pay for it, once again. The connector didn't even seal properly so this thing is literally trash. Figured if you all saw that, you'd correct the problem, but no "all sales are final" is what the girl told me and was about to kick me out for bringing it back before the guy said he'd look at it. He did, like mine at home, looked like the connection worked, but he wouldn't draw through it to notice it really didn't(assuming company policy or something so not knocking him). Not much I can do about it now, but warn everyone I know how cheaply made these products are and how little they care about you once you walk out

The selection is amazing! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great prices! Best place to shop no matter your budget, they have everything. This is a traditional old school smoke shop with a new twist. They do check ID's so make sure you have it before you walk in. This will become your go to smoke shop for sure. Give them a try.

I bought the CBD dog treats a few weeks ago and have seen a huge difference in my dog's behavior. His anxiety has completely gone away when I leave. I highly recommend buying some and trying it out

Came here a few times to pick up supplies. They have a good variety, but the sales people listen to your private conversations and will sensor any random words you use that they don't like, even when you are not speaking to them. Rude right? How are you about to listen in on my private convo?! I was talking about my hookah and comparing it to a bong/water pipe, bubbler, or a pax3 to be able to smoke from and they threatened to kick me out of the store because I was using "inappropriate language." I am in a smoke shop but I can't talk about the products in your store because talking about it is inappropriate? How does that make sense? For sure did not buy new equipment after that.Wouldn't recommend. They promptly greeted me when I walked in but were rude, didn't offer why help or info and threatened to kick me out of the store. So I think I will visit a shop where I can actually talk or ask questions about the products.

just picked up my first water pipe from them! russell and moe were super friendly and helpful, and the prices were pretty good too! will definitely be returning

Super nice and helpful some of the prices are a little high but the staff went out of there way to assist me and the other people in the store
