I have been driving by this place for a while and finally got a chance to dine in for lunch on a weekday! First, I love the open space and we had our pick of any table! It was very bright and clean. We ordered at the kiosk and then took our seats. Our dishes came out in no time. I basically had time to get plastic cups and fill them with water (at the spout) and bring them back to the table. We got the beef noodle soup, dumplings (pork), and cucumber salad. I wasn't really hungry when we arrive but ended up finishing my order! It's a hearty order too. I have never seen dumplings come out on a large flat cardboard tray. The cucumber salad is a little different here. There some red pepper too. It was a nice touch. We're definitely going to come back to try some of the other noodle dishes.

My kid likes this place with the oily spicy noodles soup, many ppl complain it's too oily but my kid loves it for some reasons. Maybe it's the cumin. Food was fresh Inside was clean, pretty fast service. My kid has been begging to come back

MehSoup was mainly oil. I had high expectations based off the reviews. Also on Wednesday during lunch, I was the ONLY customer. Will not return. There are so many other options in the area. Also overpriced .

I ordered a beef noodle soup with mild spiciness. The noodles are very good but the broth felt a little flat for me. Not enough beef flavor in the soup. There is a good amount of peppercorn flavor as well and I found it a bit spicy, but that's only because I'm not used to eating Sichuan spicy food. Food was ready very fast and you choose your own seating. It's very spacious inside with lots of seating available

I ordered the dry noodle with noodles, beef, mild spice, bok choy and a marinated egg. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The beef was so tender and yummy. The mild spice level was perfect for me since I prefer only slight mouth numbing, but they definitely have that spice level if that's your cup of tea. The marinated egg was okay; it is a hard boiled and could've been more flavorful. I do wish there were less cilantro stems, or cut into smaller lengths as there were a couple bites where I had to chew a long cilantro stem. The popcorn chicken was good; crispy but not dry. However, I do think the menu is limited and see some opportunity to add to it. For example, more noodle varieties (i.e wide noodles), lotus root vegetable topping, a variety of Chinese pickles, etc.Overall, I would come here again. The service is fast and I was very full after my meal.

We happened to walk by this place when we were leaving the boba place next door. It was pretty slow for a Saturday night but it was 8pm and the close at 9. We walked in and it was spacious and open, Rheu had several kiosk to order from. We ordered 2 soup dumplings and the ground pork noodle, Omg. It was delish! We didn't have to wait long, but shockingly the soup dumplings tasted amazing. It was very flavorful. Add a bit of the chili oil and it's even better. We also ordered the ground pork with noodles that were dry and it was delicious. We were not even hungry when we came in, but we literally ate everything that was served to us because it was that good. Next time we will definitely go a bit earlier and try more things on the menu. She also had soupy noodles and other dishes as well. This place is a must try. Hidden gem. Don't sleep on this place.

Go with what the reviews recommend on the Dry Noodles over the soup version. A warning though, if you are not used to Sichuan spice, you will BURN. I ordered the Egg Noodles with minced pork and it was DIVINE. The noodles were fantastically chewy and the minced pork had a wonderful rich flavor. The slow addicting heat of MaLa spice, creeps up and you get that fantastic numbness. It is a bit pricey as you add the sides (beef, egg, pork) but to me it's well worth it for the fantastic flavor.

I recently tried Show Mian and had a mixed experience. I ordered the level 3 spiciest soup, which turned out to be less spicy than I expected and extremely oily--probably 90% oil. The dry version was better. The egg noodles and bok choy were both normal with good beef. The fried egg was just average, but the marinated egg was fantastic. While the food was overall good, I found it to be quite expensive for what it was. The flavors and ingredients were enjoyable, but the price didn't quite match the quality. If you're looking to try it, I'd recommend the dry noodles over the soup.

Pretty good if you are craving some noodles! Overall, the taste is good but it seems to be pretty pricey. We ordered the egg noodle with beef with no spicy and added a fried egg, bok choy, green onions, and cilantro. Green onions + cilantro didn't have any extra charges but rest of the items did. We also ordered the spicy beef and tripe and thought that it wasn't really worth it. The portions for the noodles and beef were decent, good enough for 1-2 people depending on how hungry you are. My boyfriend and I shared one and it was good enough. The beef was tender and flavorful but the noodles were a bit bland in my opinion. Luckily, they have condiments you can add to the noodles such as chili oil, soy sauce and vinegar. After adding chili oil and vinegar, it tasted better. The spicy beef and tripe wasn't worth the price. Although it was tender, it was pretty salty and not spicy so won't be ordering this next time. Overall would I come back? Possibly if people I am with would like to have this

New Korean noodle shop. Easy find right off Old Denton. Quite a few parking places in front. You pick your noodle rice or egg then tell them if you want them dry or wet(with a broth) & spice level, I said mild. They offer for free a small scoup of peanuts/cilanto/pickles & green onion. They offer meats for an added cost I just got noodles. They made them fresh while you wait. The container was 2 levels one for noodles bottom for broth. They had lots of tables we took ours home. Easy to combine. I felt it was pretty spicy considering it was suppose to be mild. Next time will get just the noodles. Was an interesting lunch.
