I have been coming here for years and I love how consistent the quality of the food is. I ordered the original glazed donuts and a sausage cheese and jalapeno kolache. I noticed the prices have gone up since I last visited. However the prices are affordable and the customer service is quick and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh.

I wanted to bring donuts to the great group of people I'm working with this week and this shop was nearby. Knew it had to be good when I pulled up and there was a good line for drive through. I ordered a dozen glazed and received a box of warm, fresh donuts. Also ordered 1/2 dozen mixed just to add options. I found pricing to be very reasonable and had very nice customer service from an older gentleman. So I brought my two boxes in all happy with myself at doing a good deed and discover someone else brought in Shipleys to share! She chose the pigs in a blanket though so we had a nice variety to offer the team. Quick, fairly priced and tasty! Sorry I forgot to take photos and when I remembered they were mostly gone!

Hey y'all. Good morning Yelpettes and Yelphims. So, what to do? Early morning and it's 29 degrees. Brrrrrrr! How does one break through the chill? Donuts of course.Yes donuts. There not just for cops these days. Oh there are enough mom and pop donut shops but this is donuts and for that I sometimes make an exception to policy. Shipleys has been a fam tradition since I was a child a loooooooong time ago. Loooooooooong. Needed more o's. Sweet, light, and the aroma of childhood memories. Grandma grabing our little hands to wipe the sugar off, momma trying to slow our munching. Hey mom, these are Shipley and you inhale them. These taste like a little lambs dreams. Gotta cut this short because warm donuts can't wait. Always check the mail for their coupons. They give out some awesome deals. In this economy that means you can take some for coworkers. My wife and I love Shipley's. We've been going to Shipley's all over Texas for many many years. My personal favorite item are the kolaches. Super delicious fluffy pillows of meaty goodness :0)We've always had a great experience at this location and the staff is always great and very patient - we're not the best at ordering quickly :0)Anyway, check out Shipley's!

I ordered two Boston cream and got these glazed donuts instead. They also only gave me 5 donuts and I ordered a half dozen, they missed my strawberry filled one. Super sad, especially considering today is my birthday!

Friendly service, good product. What can I say? Shipley Do Nuts is a good pick me up of sugar deliciousness in the morning on Highway 377 in Watuaga. The family affectionately calls Highway 377 the "Shipley Highway" based on making the left turn off of Mid Cities Blvd to 377 and seeing Shipley as one of the first businesses that beg for you to make an impulse buy. Though the hours are limited (5:30-12:30 PM daily), Shipley has good choices on its menu that rivals its competitor down the street with the hot doughnut sign. Although the doughnuts are somewhat on the small side, the prices are quite reasonable. 6 assorted doughnuts for $3 and change? Can I get a yummy yum yum for my tummy tum tum?If you are lucky, you can walk across the street to the Beer Barn during business hours. What's not to love: beer and doughnuts. Just be sure to schedule a good amount of time in the gym later in the due (carb overload). Shipley, you are so, sooooo good!

The lines and lines of cars in the drive-thru tell the whole story! I've been going to Shipley's for decades; they have THE best doughnuts in the world. My all time favorite is their maple frosted doughnuts. They're addictive. Their sausage and cheese rolls are great. They don't use the little sausages, they use a full link Smokie. Yummy.

HORRIBLE!! This is a legitimate rip-off and shakedown. Ordered a box of donuts and bag of kolaches. The kolaches were all dough with a strip of jalepenio and a cocktail smokie inside. When you bite in, you're left with a gaping hole and a small wiener rolling around inside. We opted to pay extra for the box of donuts to have the filled donuts. The donuts were ALL dough. There was a very small spot of filling in the center, but they were primarily and overpriced glazed donut. Absolutely scammed by this donut shop.

Used to serve warm glazed doughnuts but now they all taste like day old. Possibly new owners. I will try one more time but won't be back if they're cold again. We have been coming here for twenty years and they were always warm before so this is a let down. :(
