Eleanor is a top notch waitress a very sweet lady We had Tbone ribeye small center cut sirloin I had my usual chopped beef with gravyAll cooked to perfection

The wait was 1 hr 20 minutes at 5:30 on a Saturday evening so the three of us elected to eat at the bar. The staff were welcoming, helpful and busy but friendly. Our appetizer of tenderloin bites was good but could have been warmer. The entrees were a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT- one steak, which should have been medium was rare towards raw and not warm at all. It had to go back. It was recooked and came out dry and tough. For a ribeye it was a very poor cut. The manager was unhelpful. The other two: one was overcooked and the other could have been warmer. If our bartender had not stepped in this would have been a lower rating. She was a 5 star representative of Saltgrass, just delightful. It's doubtful that we will return to this location.

Food is always great. I can't recommend the Ribeye because it was too fatty for me but that's an opinion and I know it's supposed to be fatty. Everything else was good and I especially liked the company I was with. Time with my Aunt is the best ever. Today was my dad's day and he would have been happy. Atmosphere was cozy and server was perfectly helpful while also allowing us extra time to chat.

Met a friend here for dinner on a Friday evening. I made reservations in advance so the wait time was minimal. Once my guest arrived, we quickly ordered. I ordered salmon Oscar and a peach margarita. Although it was happy hour, we were told that we'd have to order directly with the bar for specials. That didn't make sense to me considering all drinks would be coming from the bar and the restaurant would still make money. Our food was delivered and for a $32 meal, I was disappointed at the portion side but proceeded to dig in. Once I took a bite, I noticed that the salmon was overcooked and tasted charred. The asparagus was also cold. I requested that my meal be replaced due to these issues and it was. After concluding the meal, I had to ask the server 3 times for the ticket and once received, noticed that I'd been charged twice for my meal. I've eaten at the Mansfield location with a group and the service and food were spectacular. I won't return to this location due to the little things that added up and made the dining experience less than desirable.

Food was great and service is top notch! I ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection. The server was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide for my food allergy. Taylor was a rockstar!

Stopped in for dinner and it was super delicious. Ordered the steak and grilled shrimp. SUPER DELICIOUS.The service was the best by LEXIE. She had the best personality, beautiful smile, and we received the best service... LEXIE treated us like a VIP we came back the next day and she waiting on us again. Both nights she treated us perfectly...Thank you LEXIE for making our dinner perfect.

The restaurant was clean, the waiter was courteous and patient. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was good.

We had a good dinner. Portions were large. Chicken fried steak was delicious with yummy gravy and sides and generous sized meat. Burger was disappointing and bland, especially for a "steakhouse". Service was attentive but could learn timing nuances. Atmosphere was relaxing. Except for the burger, we were satisfied.

Hate to say this but tonight was really bad like the quality and service was terrible. Food was bleh and service was trash. So many empty chairs and were told that we had to wait 10mins to be seated I believe either they were short staffed or they just didn't want to work. There were maybe 8 people inside eating and 10min to wait until we were seated. I didn't get a chance to take a pic of the brisket nachos but it was trash the cheese was I over flowing and just watery. And the ribs were old and I'm pretty sure that wasn't a full rack of ribs and it was $26 I believe and last time I checked a full rack is a full rack it looks like they cut off the end. The temp was like warm and not sure if our waitress was new but she kept giving me watered down tea. That's the way they served the ribs just a dirty plate kinda sad actually. Not gonna say it will be my final time but I just think they had a bad night of service.

Had an amazing anniversary dinner tonight. Awesome food, phenomenal service from RAVEN! She is top notch!!
