Sake Sushi Hibachi Steak House

This place is complete GARBAGE! The quality of the meats and scallops are TRASH at best.If they don't get your order correct and you bring it to their attention, they will shame you and tell you that you are wrong. Odd. I mean this isn't elementary school, is it?Don't get me started on the "manager" lady, which I think her name is CoCo. She will talk down to you, belittle you and make you feel like a perpetrator, while trying to voice your honesty. She has ZERO empathy or care to hear what you are trying to say, there is no communication. It's her way or her way. No matter what, you will be given evil eyes without resolving the problem and never ever expect a discount on their mess up. The motto "The customer is always right, right or wrong" will never ever ever be used at this restaurant. The true intent to prioritize customer service and satisfaction even when dealing with complaints or disagreements will never be practiced here at this facility.If you don't believe me, try them out & waist your money, but don't say I didn't forewarn you with my HONESTY.

This is a great spot with so many options on the menu. We came here on a Friday night for dinner and sat at the hibachi grill. Our server and hibachi chef were very friendly and accommodating, they were busy so moving very quickly but still took the tike to keep our waters topped and check in with us several times.The food was all great, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I really enjoyed the broth and cooked sushi rolls that we ordered. Their sauces were also all very good with the mix of hibachi proteins we ordered. There was plenty of rice and for the price it was all well worth it.The drinks we ordered were ok but i didn't think they were anything spectacular and i would have liked a higher end selection of alcohol. An old fashioned made with jim bean just doesn't do it for me. I would absolutely go back again and again, i just wouldn't order off the cocktail menu.

My husband and I came here for the sushi only, so this does not reflect on the hibachi at all. The sushi was bland and sub par, and not worth $100 of what we ordered. The presentation of all the dishes were beautiful but it did not make up for lack of flavor from most special rolls we ate. Service was as expected for a Saturday night, busy and our server was kind. We kept ordering more rolls to see if we would be "wowed" by the next thing we ordered but sadly & increasingly became disappointed.We ordered: 1. Shrimp tempura roll since we saw many photos on yelp but the flavors were bland even with eel sauce. The inside had an ingredient that was watery (too much cucumber perhaps?)2. Sashimi sampler: overall good (liked the salmon and tuna the best, yellowtail and sea bass were okay). 3. Salmon avocado roll: good flavor combination for a regular roll4. Lobster rainbow: the soy paper was unpleasant and gave the roll a very strange texture5. Tuna lover: best of what we ordered with good spicy tuna 6. Sunkissed: bland, could use a sauce (ponzu would pair nicely)7. Toro (tuna belly) sashimi: not a melt in your mouth quality, but fair tuna flavorUnfortunately we wouldn't want to return based on the sushi alone.

We saw this place (it's near the Kroger) and thought we'd pop in for some sushi. I was seriously surprised! The food was much better than anticipated. The sushi rolls were larger than other places I've been. We completely ordered too much food. The service was friendly and prompt. They also have hibachi tables, I definitely want to go back and try that. Overall, great sushi in the Aubrey area.

I went there on a Tuesday evening with friends , we got seated right away . The place was very clean and a pleasant atmosphere. We opted to have the hibachi and it didn't disappoint. The chef put in a good show for us and the whole group had a great time . The fried rice was very delicious ! I ordered Chilean sea bask and shrimp , my friends had steak and shrimp and we all enjoyed our food . I love that our server was very attentive, she made sure we are taken care of . The chef was also awesome for entertaining us while making his mouth watering food. When gave our order we got ask if we had any food allergies which is a big plus for me since my son have lots of allergies.I would definitely come back again with my family next time so they can also enjoy the food and the entertainment.

Family dinner this month and we were celebrating my granddaughter's 13th birthday. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I use a walker and they were very helpful clearing a pathway to the restroom, holding doors etc which is always appreciated. We sat at a hibachi grill and the waiters, and chef were all delightful. My granddaughter got a birthday crown with lights to wear and they gave her special attention while they were cooking dinner. The food was great. I ordered chicken Hibachi with no rice and he asked me if I would like extra vegetables which was great. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals, we all had a variety of chicken, beef, or shrimp. The food was very flavorful and there was certainly plenty. I ended up taking half of mine home for another meal. The atmosphere was beautiful, low colorful lighting conveyed an elegant, calm yet enjoyable place to dine.

We were craving hibachi and landed here!It was very busy with great service and ambiance. The staff and chef were lively as well as the bar scene.I got the volcano roll which was delicious and we had some hibachi too, and of course we had a pleasant show that was entertaining and delicious

Wow - once the construction situation is resolved on 380, this will be a routine place for us. As it is now, the craving for really good sushi eventually overcomes the frustration of the absurd road situation and we have to brave the traffic for really good sushi and attentive service. The best part of sitting at the small sushi bar is being able to ask the chefs if they have things that aren't shown on the menu, and while most of what we saw being put together are really delicious-looking rolls, in our experience these folks also know how to prepare and present first-rate sashimi and nigiri properly and inventively. We'll probably bring a non-sushi friend and try their teppan room in the near future, too, as it appeared to be busy the one evening we were there. The take-out fried rice and chicken gyoza we tried were excellent, as well.

I love Hibachi. But this place is the absolute worst at customer care, service and accommodation. I tried twice to get a hibachi table. Each time I was turned away. This is not the case of many other hibachi restaurants that I have visited. Their host and staff were rude and did not seem to care if my visit was enjoyable. Why have hibachi grills when you don't use them? It's kind of like false advertising. Plus I drove 30 minutes one way to get there. I will not return here whatsoever. There are other great hibachi restaurants, even slightly closer than this one. Don't waste your time if you want hibachi!

Extremely Disappointed!!!!! with our experience today, we love this place but the customer service TODAY was unacceptable. I arrived at the 1:55 to eat hibachi. Mind you it says they close at 2:30. I understand it takes time to clean those but if you have a time posted that you close on the door, that needs to be the time you turn people away. NOT 40 min before that time without any communication of that on website, doors, etc. I was told we could not each hibachi because they needed time to clean and we would take tooo long. If you are going to turn people away at 2, THEN PUT 2pm on your door, not 2:30.We come here often and bring neighbors and I'm so sad I was treated this way.
