Rustic Café

Dodge anyone say they want a shake? Maybe you'd rather have a cup of coffee and a piece of pie? Perhaps your family wants to celebrate some happy news with a full meal? This is a great choice because they have it all to offer!

The pizza is amazingly good, was blown away by it. I also ordered a strawberry shake it was really good . All shakes are handmade. Service was pretty fast even with a lot of people eating inside. They have a food a challenge , for those who like to take these on. It requires you eating a 2lb burger with 6 pattys burger & fries.

Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and portions were good. Nice family restaurant with lots of choices.

This is where u want to come to eat what we eat in west Texas. Hamberger, med well was perfect, sl pink and juicy. Chicken strips were perfect. Dylan, cute waiter so clean cut its scary compared to the cities, was on us constantly to c ifwe needed anything. Large general and truck store adjacent, with Slurpees (not today, Tgiving weekend) and many coffees. Big, clean rest rooms.

Presently surprised. We were passing through on our way to New Mexico and needed a place to stop for a break and get a something to eat. Not much to choose from in the area but we thought the Rustic Cafe looked like the best option. We are glad we stopped here. This place is clean and staffed with friendly people. The food isn't fancy, just well made dinner food, and it tasted great. Our server kept our drinks full and was as nice as could be. We will stop by Rustic Cafe anytime we are passing this way again.

Happy to have a nice, clean sit down restaurant with solid food in this area. Had the Haskell skillet for breakfast. Pretty solid.

If you're passing through Haskell, you can feel comfortable eating at the Rustic Cafe. We needed meatless options and found them in a veggie omelet and fresh battered catfish plate. Food was fresh and our waitress great!

We will NEVER eat at this place. When we walked in we saw the sign and patiently waited to be seated. When the waitress finally walked up to seat us, she points to a booth. I'm a big girl and 85% of the time I will not fit in the booth. I let her know that but she insisted I try. Of course, I didn't fit in the booth so we let her know we were switching to a table, the smallest being a 4 top. She tells me, if a large party comes in, I'm going to have you move. We were so offended we left.

Kwik Kent needs to get out of the Rustic Cafe business and stick with convenience store business. I have eaten at one's in Midland and Odessa area and the one in Haskell Texas and none are good. The wait staff is terrible (especially the Haskell location.) Today went in told us ro take a table and then ignored us. We had to get our own menu and still waited 20 minutes for ANY service. A couple came in after and were greeted and order taken right away. Rustic Cafe employees need to get off serving just the "locals" Find other places to eat and bypass this point. Same in Midland and Odessa.
