Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Arlington

This place is very dangerous for my wallet! I recently became obsessed with crane games, and this location has so many cute plushies and anime figures for their machine! I've been here twice, and both times I think the machines are more rigged compared to the Grapevine location. Typically, you win something after 6-8 tries, but here, I spent over $50 (400 credits) and did not win anything. The crane "shakes" as it picks up the plushie, or they intentionally make it hard for the ping pong balls to fall in the right spot.The service is also terrible. It takes FOREVER to find a worker if you do win. I walked around the entire place twice and still managed to NOT find anyone. I really hope that they'll improve because I like their prizes more compared to the Grapevine location.

I came into town with friends and went to this specific Round 1 for the crane machines. Their prizes are much better at this location than Grapevine. The employees are very helpful and show me how to win certain prizes or reset the prizes for me when needed.My favorite game to play here is Angry Birds slot machine since it's easy to win tickets from there. The prices of the machines are decently priced. I came out winning so many plushies between my friends and I. I will say some crane machines are hard and definitely required watching how to win before trying. The plushies are so soft and cute, it was very hard to stop playing. I recommend coming here on a date or with friends to show off your skills!

My kids love it here it's fun and exciting with pricing being fair many claw machines to play and sometimes you gotta double tap just FYI

Equipment and place is a bit older and worn down. Wouldn't recommend the food. Husband got food poisoning from the gyoza. Wings were good but overpriced. If you need a last minute place to go it's a Fun place. Staff was great.

Play a lot of dancerush back in the day but stopped going when there was only 1 cab, now there's 2 so gonna start coming back

This place seems more expensive then the other places that's why I went 4 stars. The kids did 8 tries at the claw machines and got nothing. I was very impressed by their menu but they didn't have a couple things in stock. The ice cream cone for 99 cents was legit. As for the games we did about 25 and only 1 was broken and they fixed it. This place is absolutely huge and they had a couple games I had never seen before. We didn't even get to everything. Even with the issues I'll go back.

This place has gone down hill, their three prong claw machines have been impossible to win ever since getting their new machines and replacing the grab plushes with the round 1 coin. The claw slips through every time and gives the player no motivation to play another round till payout. It's evident with the rotation of plushes have not changed in months. Compare it to its sister store in grapevine which has continuous rotations and doesn't use the stock coin plush for claw machines. The grapevine location is also way more popular on the weekend as we came to the Arlington location on a Friday and it's dead. Which makes sense why they have barely any workers, so it's impossible to even get an attendant to retrieve a prize.We won't be coming to this location anymore until changes are made.

Bowling was ok. When it came time to order drinks from the bar, we ensured we had all 3 adults and IDs present. The man before me ordered multiple drinks with only one ID with no problem yet when it was my groups turn the "bartender" said one ID wasn't valid due to it being from another country. He wanted to say that it wasn't valid yet had ALL the information needed to validate the date and person. He had the audacity to say "we have security watching" when we said we would grab another "valid" ID. Don't understand why we have to get different treatment from the other customers when we're all just trying to enjoy our time here.

I love location a lot better than grapevine. Staffs are super helpful and even explain or help you with understanding the machines vs Grapevine where most employees are rude except for one worker. Told me out right that against their policies to help us to understand the machines. Smh go to Arlington location only.

great service and experience maybe just the people I met but great conversations and fun night all around. I recommend a group setting vs a date but either or, you should be good to go.
