Rosebud Park

Wow... what an amazing park!Rosebud Park seems to be the mecca of the all-around family or reunion park.It has two (yes, two) playgrounds, two (yes, again two) swing sets, a half and full basketball court (with bleachers), a small soccer field (for kids or a NFL Blitz type adult game) with nets included, a pavilion and a small baseball field (incorporated with the soccer field).What makes all this even better is that they include a port-o-potty (no running somewhere else to use the restroom while spending the day with the kids).The only downside I can see is the parking situation (you have to park on the street, so parking is somewhat limited).But overall, if you're looking for a great outdoor place to hang out, or to play a basketball game then this is the perfect park for you.

Absolutely LOVE this park!It is usually always clean, well-lit and has plenty of playgrounds and activities for the kids to play on! Our absolute favorite is the mini merry-go-round that is right by the entrance to the park. It tilts a bit and that makes it spin even faster. Not many parks offer this and we loved it!They also have bleachers and plenty of benches!There is also a beautiful walking trail for those looking to work-out or run while their children play!My only downsides are that there are no bathrooms. They were torn down in 2009. There is a disgusting porta-a-potty that I would never use.Also, like the previous poster said, there are NO parking spaces! You must park on the street and risk getting hit by a car while getting our of your vehicle. I'd definitely recommend this for families. Beautiful park!
