Elegance, grace, compassion and excellent service are just a few things that we received when we walked into the Rooftop Event Spot in Plano. Coupled with the amazingness of Kylie and Kaylee, I felt like I really could give my daughter the wedding of her dreams! The space was clean, well lit, and easily accessible. We were completely welcomed in and made to feel valued and supported. On the wedding day, I have never seen a staff work so hard! It was like they weren't there, but they always were! No dishes sat used, no napkins cluttered the floor and things were just magically refilled! It was like a fairytale! I did not have to worry about anything but the smile on my daughter's and son-in-law's faces. Thank you, Rooftop Event Spot, for saving us after a disastrous start with another venue, bringing us in and making us a part of your family and for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. I will never be able to express my gratitude enough. Thank you.

My wife and I booked Rooftop Event Spot for our April wedding, and it was amazing! We got so much more than just a modern venue. Annie did such a great job coordinating and made our life so much easier. She sent questionnaires, put together timelines, and gave us advice any time we had questions. She also was very responsive when we needed to reach out, and coordinated with our vendors perfectly.The venue itself is beautiful, and we were lucky to have a perfect spring day. The views from the rooftop looked amazing, and look great in photos as well. It's a perfect place to soak it all in on the big day. It also paired perfectly with the catering by Urban Crust.Pretty quickly, we could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else. It was perfect, and we owe a lot of it to Rooftop Event Spot. The value is easily unmatched.

Awesome place for my 60th birthday psychedelic costume part bash! Annie stayed in constant communication with me and we arranged the venue to include a photo booth area, buffet and bar tables of course, a dance floor and I used one area to make a blacklight lounge / 60's bedroom. Her staff put up and took down all decorations. I am handicapped so this was a HUGE help. Grooviness abounded!

I highly recommend Rooftop Event Spot for your next event. It's an amazing venue! Most of all, Kylee DeHerrera made sure the venue was decorated beyond my expectations!! She was truly a blessing amid the chaos of rehearsal dinner planning and if I will most definitely request her assistance with my next event!

Attended a wedding some months ago, and I was so surprised by the unprofessionalism of the staff. Not only was the hostess rude, they were completely unorganized. Nothing was set up when we arrived. We struggled with basic accommodations for seating. By the time the food was served, it was super cold. They never cleaned the tables either. We are extremely dissatisfied.

We chose Rooftop Event Spot to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The moment we met Kylee at the venue, we knew this was our dream come true. The indoor area was perfect for dining, the dance floor was on the balcony, the view for sunset, and the side room was perfect for a children's area. The weather could not mess with this evening. Kylee took great care to help us with our ideas and offer suggestions for final tweaks. Thank you Kylee for all your hard work. Kali from Urban Rio catering was easy to work with on specializing our meal. We planned a Texas theme and Kali provided the Texas products. We had 4 guests who arrived late due to another event; the staff had already put the buffet food away after 1 hour! They had to order food from the restaurant downstairs and have it brought up. I was apologetic when my friends told me. Please don't tell me they had to pay for their food? Yes, they did. Embarrassing. I can't believe they only left the buffet open just 1 hour, really??The bartender wanted to close the bar at 10:15...why, the party wasn't over until 11:00.I ordered a FULL sheet cake so there would be plenty. I requested that the pieces be cut 2"x2" because I had guests that didn't come and I knew there would be tons of cake left over. The pieces come out 1"x1" little tiny portions?! I had friends tell me they went back and got a 2nd piece. If I'm paying for the cake and I tell you exactly I want, please comply. Half the cake was left over.On a positive note, the buffet meal was delicious. The venue is perfect for under 100 people. The sunset view is of course gorgeous. Annie, the event coordinator was awesome. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

First, I'd like to thank Rooftop Event Spot for not only allowing me and my husband to have our wedding here, but free of charge! We had chosen another Venue by the name of Noah's Event Venue in April 2019. Our wedding date was scheduled for March 27, 2020. We paid off our venue in February 2020 ($5200.00). Feb 8, 2020 we received a call stating Noah's had been ordered to shutdown permanently! We started checking online and calling the venue. No answer. We started seeing all kinds of news clips that this was true for Noah's Event Venues all over the country. As a couple with 4 children, less than 2 months from our wedding date, we were devastated. We lost our money and really didn't know what to do. Fast forward to reaching out to Rooftop Event Spot in late February... I spoke to Kylee, from the beginning to end, she was understanding, empathetic and helpful. She explained that the owner of the venue had heard about the closure of Noah's, and with a daughter of his own planning a wedding, he felt horrible for all the brides and was offering his spot for FREE! Now as you know the city shutdown about a week before my wedding date which was another devastation, so Kylee rescheduled us for June 5, 2020. The day of my wedding amazing! She literally helped us without any complaints, push backs ect . She was so accommodating to all my needs and the needs of my friends and family. She turned this whole wedding experience around for us, and help make this day one of the most special days of our lives!!!!Thank you soooo much to Kylee and the Rooftop Event Spot!!
