River Ranch Stockyards

River Ranch is an excellent place to host an event. We've had our Ducks Unlimited fall banquet there for 3 years now and it is top notch. The setting is perfect for our banquet and the staff has been excellent.

An international organization with which we are affiliated held an event here on Sept 2. The buffet was very "Texan" as might be expected. However, among the 100 to 200 or so attendees were a few vegans. The chef not only accommodated us - and was excited to do so - but created a "tower" masterpiece that included rice, squash, mushrooms and avocado, and was laced throughout with salted pistachios that gave it a wonderful texture. The "tower" was served with roasted asparagus and, as if that were not enough, he also prepared a dessert of berries nestled in a non-dairy vanilla bean cream. We were blown away (frankly, we were touched!), and would not hesitate to recommend this venue! Thank you, River Ranch!

What a wonderful and amazing space, both indoors and out doors! A stage outside and inside. The venue is right out of a western movie. The sound system is incredible for live music. We throw events all over the country and I must say their staffs attention to detail is above and beyond. A special thanks to Gia Staley and Tracy Buzzard. You both made this experience what it was, absolutely perfect for all of out prestigious guests!!

A energy company had their annual safety meeting at this location. It was spacious allowing for social distancing with good audio and visual aids. Great place for large meeting of this sort. 150 people attended, wasily could accomodate 225 with social distancing. Parking was fine.

This is a nice venue that was a great size for our event. Everything went very smoothly and they even have an outdoor area. They brought in 2 long horns that we could take pictures with. They had a stage and a bar and the staff was very nice and kind. The salads were amazing. The only issue was the rest of the food wasn't that great. The brisket and chicken were dry. Other than that it was great.

I've been here for a gathering with a group that I've run with in the past and the space holds a large amount of folks. It would be great for a country or western style wedding also! Or even for a corporate event. Located in the Stockyards so there are a few things to do and explore in the area. Beautiful space and it's very true to Fort Worth. Plenty of spaces for parking too and nice space outside if you are holding your event there or to take photos.

This is an amazing venue! We have a great time every time we attend an event here. And the staff is wonderful! Also, I accidentally left my purse under the table one night. They kept it in their safe locked up until I could pick it up the next morning.

River Ranch Stockyards is a great venue for large events. It has a huge outdoor area also. The venue is fabulous and the service was wonderful.Gia, Seth and the rest of the staff were so easy to work with and very professional. The food was great. I would highly recommend this venue for any event.

I worked with Tifani at River Ranch Stockyards to host our annual Founders' Day Brunch for my sorority for the 5th time at River Ranch. She was so accommodating in working out all the details with me and had everything set-up perfect for the brunch! The staff was also SO friendly, I'd even say they were exceptional in taking care of us. Everyone really enjoyed the food - the best part was that it was very reasonably priced for a brunch of about 200. The venue was beautifully set up and was perfect for picture taking outdoors! Highly recommend using River Ranch Stockyards as a venue for your next event!!

Book....book now! I've worked with a lot of venues and this one is top on my list now. So many venues are 'a blank slate' which means they want you to be responsible for adding all the nice extras. River Ranch has so many perks included that it would be hard to list them all. The staff was amazing from the first contact until the end. Thank you to Cyndi and all the unsung heroes that cleared our tables, served the food and kept things going. Everyone is still talking about our event a week later and I can't wait for the next event. Bravo River Ranch Stockyards...bravo!
