Residence Inn

We are on our way to our granddaughter's wedding. What a pleasant surprise to find that this Residence Inn is much nicer than your average Residence Inn. It's right in a shopping area and there's a Whole Foods very close. That's lucky for us because I'm my husband has diverticulitis. We wouldn't even be traveling if our granddaughter wasn't getting married. We can't miss that. It's so nice to be able to get healthy food and stay in the room. The hotel is just 4 years old. It's in a trendy shopping center and right by the entrance to the interstate. It's a surprised treat.

Wonderful staff. A couple of staff even entertained my daughter when she wandered out front. The morning kitchen staff made sure we were taken care of and had plenty to eat. My only reservation was is the odd parking layout. You will have to unload or load at the front entrance or you will have to take all your baggage back up the ramp or take the stairs. You will have to prepare to pay for parking. The pool is somewhat small and unusable in less than ideal weather. The gym has plenty of cardio machines, dumbbells, and a small area to do body workouts. Plenty of walkable food, shopping, etc. Proximate to most of Fort Worth. Not the best Residence Inn, and probably not worth the premium price of the location. However, still better than most other accommodations.

Great customer service and very nice clean rooms. Will be staying there again on our next trip to Ft. Worth

Always stay here when visiting TCU. Rooms are clean. The staff is so friendly. Can not say enough nice things.

I absolutely recommend this place, the guest service is amazing, the rooms are clean and very nice. We stayed in a lower level room and it was just wonderful. I definitely think the service workers in the lobby deserve raises because they go out of their way to provide amazing help, especially Shanti, and the woman working the night of the 13th, i didn't catch her name

Wonderful staff, they are very kind and helpful....we have stayed there 3 times in the last 6 months...very comfortable rooms, love the full size refrigerator, beds are very comfortable, couches could use a little work...only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the breakfasts aren't the best...everything is turkey...and gross on the meats....cereal is all plain flavors....they need to add some muffins and pastry selections with a microwave....they do have good fruit and juice selection and the waffle maker is perfect!

Stayed in this location for a week for a work trip and visiting friends. We were traveling with our dog. The front desk staff was super kind to our pet and gave her treats. There was plenty of outdoor green space for her to go to the bathroom. We loved starting our day off with a great breakfast and a very sweet attentive breakfast server/attendant. There was a pretty view of the river and very comfortable seating options. Our room had a kitchen, dining table for two, couch/living area, desk/work station, comfortable king size bed, and spacious bathroom/vanity/closet area. We went to the pool after a long work day which was very refreshing and we appreciated the late hours on which it was open/available. There was a Whole Foods next door, access to the River Park walkway/trail, and a few places to eat close by. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly and every guest we chatted with seemed pleased with their stay as well. Would definitely recommend this place for a short or long term stay!
