Dive bar, but without the attitude. The bartender was physically intimidating, but super polite. When I needed to use the restroom, I asked if he would watch my drink. He said "absolutely" and put it aside with a cocktail napkin over it. I was there for their Thursday comedy open mic. It was my first time there and everyone was super friendly. I would totally go there again. Last, but not least, I spent more money than I want to admit on that adult blind bag vending machine

My husband and I came here recently for the nightmare before Christmas show. It's a really cool place. Very chill laid back vibe. Drinks are super cheap and made well. Staff is friendly. Show was really well done, not too crowded, good amount of seating too. I will be back :)

This place is cool. The kind of place where two very different types of dudes might show up wearing the same leather jacket. Friendly staff, cheap drinks, and the comedy open mic on Thursday is a wild time. Will definitely come back.

Awesome venue for metal shows and we met a lot of great people. It's a very cool classic dive spot, old biker bar. Pool table and foozeball. It's been here a long time, located in deep Ellum. If you want a biker bar/metal vibe, and a bar with bras and dollar bills hanging from it, this is the place for you!

If you're a dive bar person with a love of sex, drugs, and rock and roll, Reno's is your Dallas lounge of perversion. Take a photo in front of the Jameson tree or just black out near the sex toy machine. Whatever your poison, get weird, it's allowed.

I want to take back my previous review. This place is pretty cool but, Sometimes the staff is not friendly to me when I go there. I'll give them another chance next year.

Bouncer is a complete joke kicked me and my friends out because he said out ids looked fishy even though they are real. Showed him videos of us in there before names on Id even match our credit cards and we even offered to ask the cops to scan them and he still said no they seem fishy and kicked us out . I'm guessing he was having a ego trip or doesnt like Hispanics .
