All spooky!
Reindeer Manor
Don't look over your shoulder!
She ran into a wall to escape the chainsaw man. The medic on duty wrapped her wrist yes, it waa that intense.

Reindeer manor was one of the oldest haunts in the area. The original location land got bought out it sounds like so they have had to relocate. This year they are running as a pop up style haunt in the skate park area of the lone star park area in Grand Prairie. It was a much better haunt in its previous location but they seem to be operating with what they have to work with; which I totally respect. I'm hoping they find a more permanent spot next year but it was fine this year knowing it's more of a pop up situation. Why I almost went down to 3 stars: I want to give them 5 stars based on past years experiences: I recommend coming and paying in person with cash in order to get in for $35. With card online fees bump the ticket up too $43-$44 ... at the gate paying card it bumps up to $37-38. The lady at the gate said l: "It's Because they have to charge tax on card" which I was told by the lady at the ticket gate. I know some smaller haunts keep their prices the same but add a $1-2 credit card transaction fee for card, but they say it's the credit card fee for them to be able to accept card ... not a dodge the tax preference. I appreciate the transparency but it also was a wait a minute moment. As well I appreciate them taking card now which in the past they didn't, but the terms they used and the fact the fees seem to double that of other haunts leaves a bad taste. Other haunts don't seem to have quite as many random fees online or as they do. Another major haunt in the area has a $4-5 service fee for online, but they put out a coupon code that helps off set that. I wonder what services they are using online to make there be $5.68 across 3 different fees online; plus tax. Again, I really liked this haunt in the past and appreciate them trying to keep going & ability to use card ... the fees are what get me when comparing to other haunts in the area ... I guess I'd prefer them to go back to cash only to avoid fees.

Super boring haunted houses, definitely not worth the price. Might be worth about $20 at most. Not only that, we caught up with the groups in front of us in 2 of them. Definitely takes away from the experience. But the BIGGEST reason why I'm giving this such a poor rating is the parking situation. Do NOT take your nice cars here. I think the exit totally fucked up the bottom of my car. Most definitely the last time I'll be going here

This is one of the better outdoor haunted attractions I've been to. I really enjoyed the haunts my two favorites being the 13th street morgue and the Reindeer Manor. The mixture of the actors and props were on point. I fill they need a little better entertainment on the stage and more things to do for those that don't want to go through the haunts.

Came here with a group of eight on a Friday night and was surprised by the lack of visitors. I really enjoyed that you travel through these dark roads in the middle of no where before you get to Reindeer Manor. The location adds to the fun atmosphere of the park. The park includes four small haunts each with its own theme. These haunts are typical of what you find at most haunted houses with minimal use of animatronics and more reliant on the actors providing the scares. I enjoyed Reindeer Manor and the 13th street morgue. The dungeon of doom and shadow house were just okay. I expected more scares from shadow house so it left me a bit disappointed. There is a main stage where they play short 5 minutes shows every 15 minutes. It's a nice touch for those people that want to take a breather between the haunts. The park also sells snacks, food and souvenirs. I did get to try the jello shots and the alcohol pops and both were good and affordable.Overall I recommend this park due to the additional activities included with the haunts. The haunts are not the best I have seen but when combined with atmosphere of the park I think it's worth the price of admission.

Wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars. This is a review based on two years of coming here - 2017 & 2018. The mazes are really well done and I love that they cater to you based on the amount of people in your group. So my husband and I got to go in each maze by ourselves each time. We got a Groupon deal so it was $40 for my husband and I to have access to all 4 mazes. Pretty good deal. It's $25 / ticket if you buy your tickets there. You can buy one maze, two mazes, or all four. Anyway, it's out in the middle of nowhere so it's extra spooky when it gets dark. Parking is also FREE! The actors are great and the mazes are long so it's time and money well spent! There's just not much else to do once your done with the mazes. If you get there much past opening time, you run the risk of long lines. Otherwise, it's super fun. My husband and I will continue to come here during the Halloween season for years to come!

There was a time when I would rave about Reindeer Manor. Those days are a thing of the past. This was the worst experience I have ever had! The days of personal interaction and actual drama and performance is long gone. Our group literally WALKED through all 4 houses without a scream from the 6 out of 7 of us and the seventh screamed only from being slightly startled at one point. I will be writing this review on every platform I can think to post on. All of said this was the lamest we have ever seen it. Even on nights of bad acting, it was still entertaining in days gone by. We will NOT be back, EVER

New location! Wow! Before I begin, I just wanted to say thank you for providing DFW with another haunted attraction. This was an unforgettable experience. I started out getting my wristband. $40 general admission isn't terrible. you definitely have to remember there is more to this haunt than just the haunted attractions. right after I purchased my wristband I started going into the attraction. there was a lot of lingering people, so I had no idea where to go. I went straight for the stage to enjoy the entertainment before hitting the haunts. The one particular show I saw was just kind of a fart joke. While I don't hate it, I did feel a bit underwhelmed. I think I just hit it at a bad time. the skate show was pretty unique definitely fit the thrasher experience. Now was time for the big show, the haunts. Without clear signage I ended up going backwards. I started out at the "chainsaw maze" I am definitely glad I hit this one first because if I ended with that it might have left a weird taste in my mouth. the actors made this "haunt." I won't spoil any surprises but just a weird little maze. also, either 1 chainsaw/ multiple actors without or they all should have one. the one actor was the perfect amount stealth and scariness. after they finally let us out, I continue down the path towards the other haunts. The next haunt I experience was "OFFWORLD" the facade was pretty cool looking definitely built the hype for this haunt. the girl giving the rules was fun and stayed in character the entire time which I appreciated. the haunt itself was good for the space and pretty fun. I do have a question though. are the actors zombies or aliens? the set was really good. the animation saw at the end was really cool and really played well with the urban theme. this was the scariest haunt on property. 7/10 then I went through "House of 4 suits" this is the longest of the four haunts. opening scene was really cool and i thought this was going to involve more of the card elements. kind of a lack luster manor haunt. The only real reference to cards was the opening scene and halfway through there was another reference that an actor stopped me in the long hallway. pointed it out. the front half definitely had lots of actors where the back half was pretty empty. this house did have one of the best scares I have ever experienced. also i like the element of height. This was the house I was most excited for and was disappointed to say the least. 5/10 Then finally I went through "SUNK!" this is when I realized I went backwards and didn't go through the haunts as I they wanted me to experience. I waited the longest for this haunt and with all the confusion with the QR code/ wristbands made this process twice as slow. this house was definitely the weakest of the four. Another question for the designers. Are we underwater or shipwrecked on a beach? short and too wide. good color pallet 3/10This is also the part where I realized something. Where's the audio?? none of the haunts has audio. I thought at first this had to be a technical error but after the last haunt it had to a choice. the costumes, set/lighting design and the actors really make up for it. This might seem like a bad review. but overall, i had a pretty decent experience. while this doesn't live up to hype of old location. for what it is this is a great place for new haunters. overall, 6/10.

My family and friends visited this past Saturday the 5th. We were having a great time, just as we have in previous years. On the 2nd attraction we went to (the manor house), a 6' blonde-haired zombie actor told my trans girlfriend she doesn't look like a woman, that she looks like a man. She was deeply hurt by this. The boy then proceeded to follow us past his area. When I told him to stop, he said he could go wherever he wanted to go. This was after the cemetery but before the train. My gf has been upset since we went, and we did not have a great time after because we were all pissed. If RM refunds our tickets, we may consider trying out the new location. Otherwise, we will let everyone we know (a huge group of goth LGBTQ+ friends) that RM is not safe for them.
