Experience was much better today. My wife always gets the Avo-Cabo salad, and so far we at 5 for 5 on the locations not adding the signature ingredient to the salad. The avocados. We went back at the GM'a request and tried it again, once again they left eh avocados off. SMH. Not sure how they miss the important piece. Regardless, we ate in house this time and Logan, our amazing waiter fixed the issue. Logan was very attentive and awesome!!! The salad was great. Fresh greens and the chicken was perfect. The scorpion burger was great. Just a hit of spiciness but not overly hot. Was really good. Thanks to Logan, go see him, he was amazing!!!

Always a treat to go to Red Robin yum!! This was a special birthday visit and the service was amazing. My server helped me with the burger I chose I got the brisket burger and he constantly checked in on me to make sure I was having the best experience. By the way the burger was super greasy the brisket lacked flavor. Not sure who provided them with the brisket but it was not good. Everything else was great as usual.

Great location near hulen mall. When we got here we were literally the only people here. The service was sadly very slow. Which confuses me since no one is here..... the food was ok. Nothing stellar. Me and my friend spent about $47. The food was not worth it in my honest opinion. I do not recommend this location

The food we saw looked great. Didn't get to try it though.After almost a 10 minute wait for a server and being studiously ignored by the staff moving around (including a new couple that came in having a server within 30 seconds) we decided to take our money elsewhere.

1st timer visit. Sat at bar. Was greeted immediately. Drink was served in sparkling clean glass. Because I let bartender know it was my 1st visit the manager showed up with some steak fries and homemade sauces to try out for free. I thought that was nice and it was delicious too. They brought out the "shroom" burger I ordered and it was hot and juicy like I love. This place was clean, food was great and I enjoyed being fussed over. I can not wait to go back!!!Thank you Red Robin staff. YOU DO CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Service was absolutely horrible. There were patrons along with us that had to wait for a long time to get seated and for food and drink service. We eventually got served and received some food. I got up to see what was going on and I witnessed on-duty employees talking to their friends with dirty tables around them and not cleared after the previous patron. I ordered a glass of wine I never received. And there was another table that asked me what was going on and they had been had waiting over 20 minutes for any type of service. Side bar. My salad was a complete joke.

Walked in and it was so filthy we walked out. The floors were so sticky and it was squeaking when we walked, and then when I touched the back of the seat, it was pure sticky. It was disgusting. The floor looks like it has never been cleaned or vacuumed. We will never go back. The health department would have a hay day in this place if they saw what we saw.

Kickin' off the new year with some Yummmm!Year in, year out... Red Robin is always a hit! Never a doubt when we eat here, we will all leave happy, full and in good spirits. We ordered some classics and a few new items and of course the famously hot & delicious bottomless steak fries!What we got:- Shroom Burger (yum)- Banzai Burger (yummy)- Royal Red Robin Burger (yum yum)- Mac it Yours / kids mac n cheese (yums)- Pretzel Bites (yum)Our server Davin was superb, making sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. We came into this Red Robin on a Sunday at around 3pm, so it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away by the host, Xavier, and got drinks pretty soon after sitting down. We decided to try the cheese twists and they tasted really good. We tried to use the plates that are in the picture below the cheese twists basket. The top plate was dirty, but it could have been from the underside of the basket. Once we finished our appetizer, our food came out relatively quickly. I got the southern charm burger and my girlfriend got the royal Robin burger. They both came out exactly as we had ordered which was fantastic, I did decide to ask for more of the whiskey river bbq sauce because my burger did not have as much bbq sauce as I would have liked. Our server Jalen was very accommodating and great! We definitely recommend having him as your server.

Went here for lunch today after shopping at the mall and we were seated immediately. Our service was fast (but not rushed) and we were checked on twice by the manager. Everyone was so friendly and our server (Logan, I believe) was super helpful in helping us sign up for rewards to get a free appetizer. It is a bit pricey, but the fries are unlimited so if you can get your moneys worth it isn't bad. Great service!!!
