Our waitress was amazing! We got our food quickly, it was so good. I do wish the broccoli was a bit more salted. The biscuits were favorable as usual. The atmosphere was lovely, I do wish the music was a tad quieter, but it wasn't crazy loud. Overall it was an enjoyable lunch and will definitely be coming back

You enter into a dark, moody and sexy atmosphere. We were seated immediately and greeted with a staff member very quickly as well. Our waitress also followed suit and came to recognize us at the table. We ordered appetizers and our meal. Pictures didn't capture the amount of food and quality received. The pick 4 was well worth the money. If you are a wine drinker, it is cheaper to order a full bottle than by the glass. We haven't been to a Red Lobster quite a while, and we were pleasantly pleased with our experience.

Red lobster can be a hit or miss. Luckily when I visit service is great and the food never disappoints. The establishment is always dark and cozy. The cheddar bay biscuits are still good, but I've had better in the past. The Cajun chicken linguini alfredo pasta is my favorite item. The spicy chicken was tender, and the garlic alfredo sauce added to the pasta was flavorful and creamy. The chocolate wave cake with vanilla ice cream was soft decadent and heavenly. Marking this order as a favorite when ordering again.

My gosh! Red lobster has gone down hill! The worst experience ever and I can't think of a time where I refused to pay and left.Walked in on a Saturday at lunch and the restaurant was dead. Should have been a sign but I was craving shrimp. Greeted warmly and seated quickly. Yahooo.It's been years and I'm talking years since I ate at a Red Lobster so needed some help with the menu. The waitress while pleasant didn't know the menu that well and struggled directing me how to order large fried shrimp. No biggie. I saw they had Fried Cod and thought I'd I see if I could add some large fried shrimp. The waitress said no problem and added six. I also ordered a bowl of clam chowder.My sis ordered a Filet, baked potato and salad. Her usual. Humor me here. You can't make this up.Her salad arrived and the salad was so-so. My clam chowder was no where in sight. I waited.The main courses arrived, no clam chowder. My sis ordered a filet and what was delivered was a Cheap overcooked sirloin. My one piece of cod arrived, along with fries and coleslaw. NO SHRIMP. NONE.At this point I'm beyond HANGRY-(hungry-angry combined). I asked for a manger. She arrived shrimp and chowder in hand. Pleasant but agreed the steak was overcooked but stated it was a filet. Pics attached so you can decide.I explained our order and that we were leaving. Never again. All totally unavoidable.

This review is to recognize Megan, the Red Lobster Bartender. As a proud military veteran who fully understands the importance of great teamwork and knows that no team will succeed without it, I know there are also instances in which an individual's exemplary effort stands out and is worthy of recognition. This is such an instance regarding Megan. As a 20+ year customer, I have celebrated many career and personal events at this specific Red Lobster (4805 S Hulen St, Fort Worth, TX 76132). I have expressed my gratitude to Red Lobster management for the excellent service. I want to share some impressive actions by Megan, which also explain why so many customers speak highly of her and return to this restaurant repeatedly.First, let's take the greeting Megan provides to EVERY customer who approaches, sits at, and exits the bar. She is always positive and upbeat, articulates her personal gratitude to every patron, and graciously extends future invites to Red Lobster. She takes great pride in speaking to everyone, always paying attention to every customer, and we, as customers, absolutely enjoy her interactions.Secondly, she promptly provides the customer's choice of drink, be it a specialty drink, a soft drink, or just an ice-cold glass of water (or water without ice if preferred). Megan has a great gift of remembering her many customers' names and including them in her personalized greetings. This practice is noticed by patrons, making our positive experience even more worthwhile and memorable. While Megan is providing the drinks and Texas hospitality, she then accepts the customers' meal orders and gets these to the kitchen quickly for preparation and hot and fresh delivery.Thirdly, Megan always maintains excellent continuity with her customers, checking frequently but not overdoing it to the point where it becomes bothersome to the customer. She respects the conversations her customers have with each other and subtly continues her beverage and meal service tactfully and professionally.I share Megan's actions because I and many other customers have received this impressive service and seen Megan's multitasking ability firsthand. Thanks to Megan's mastery of her job, positivity and good times are continuous. That being said, a saying goes, "You cannot please everyone all of the time." Unfortunately, I observed a customer who refused to see Megan's outstanding efforts and was negativity-filled. It was evident something was happening with that customer, which had nothing to do with Red Lobster or Megan. Still, the customer repeatedly remained negative, criticizing almost every action by Megan, although all were correct. I observed Megan take the "high road" by continuing to be highly respectful and permitting the customer to continue the charade. Megan's kindness prevailed, and the customer eventually calmed down and departed. Customers who witnessed this event came over to the bar and expressed their overwhelming support and praise for Megan for maintaining her composure and professionalism. They, too, believed that it was the customer, not Megan, that was out of order. Fortunately, the problematic customer later returned to the restaurant, apologizing for their poor actions, and displayed remorse while admitting fault. All was forgiven and made well.This is another example of doing what is right in a highly professional and respectful manner. Megan epitomizes this statement and represents herself and Red Lobster superbly. I'm a proud military veteran who must maintain high standards of conduct; it is reassuring to see Megan exhibit this performance repeatedly. As a fellow customer, I agree that every customer is NOT always correct, and we, too, have flaws, as mentioned in this example.To demonstrate my appreciation to Megan for her outstanding performance, her great respect for all customers, the honor she bestows on military veterans, and her highly positive and fun demeanor, I presented Megan and the Red Lobster General Manager, Jeydalis ("Jey") Flores, with personalized US Air Force jackets. Jey provides excellent leadership and is a great mentor for her Red Lobster staff, so I also gifted her a USAF jacket.I attached a picture for reference. Megan is 2nd from the left in the green jacket. GM Jey is far right in the orange jacket. Our great friends and "forever patrons" Keri (the mauve jacket-1st person on the left) and her son, Brendan (2nd from the right in maroon jacket). I am the one who is kneeling in the green suit.I enjoy my visits to my "FAV" Red Lobster, and I encourage Megan, Jey, and the entire Hulen Red Lobster staff to keep up the great work, food, and hospitality! The food is great. Especially the steak, perfectly cooked medium rare, even tho it was ordered as a medium well. Idk if it's policy or normal to clean the carpets while customers are eating, but I think it was very unprofessional having a loud vacuum pushed around my table. There is a manager who is extremely loud and annoying to listen to. I don't think she's a GM but maybe a night manager and she is basically yelling across the dining area attempting to train a new hire. Super unprofessional and I really wanna tell her to stfu. She's also swearing about something that was on a table, there's kids around. You can tell the whole staff just wants her gone. Update her name is manager Lisa. Using the restrooms, very dirty. There's poop wiped all over the toilet stall walls. Disgusting. Our waitress was amazing. Her name is Ayanna.
