Went there with 9 Girlfriends and discovered each others strengths It was one challenge after another. You will need all the clues they provide you. If only we had another "10 minutes". Dash was our Guide and was very encouraging all along the way. At the end, Dash came in and walked us through the last few clues ... to give us closure. Thank you!

As an escape room lover, this place really disappointed. This review will explain why without giving away any spoilers. In the mafia themed escape room: - one of the compartments was stuck, meaning we couldn't get the next clue even though we did the clue correctly. When we talked to the manager, she said that the drawer gets stuck and they have to push the drawer in hard to get it to close. At that point, isn't that a sign to fix the sticky compartment??- one of the flashlights was dying so it was difficult to properly complete one of the clues. - the set up of one of the clues is not clear, and once you mess it up, you're kind of screwed for the final clue. - The most unforgivable disappointment was that two of the props were switched. The wrong one was laid out, and the one meant to be laid out was locked away in a box, meaning the code was wrong, so we couldn't get the clue and the code made no sense. More detailed disappointments my group and I noticed but might be particular to just us: - no sound cues. Usually in all other escape rooms we've done, there's at least a sound that indicates that you got the clue, something opened, or a light turned on or off. If you're in 3 rooms at once with a small number of people (we only had 4), then it's extremely difficult to understand that one clue led to the next hint in a different room. - not all the clues are super relevant to the theme and felt kind of gimmicky, which was a bit of a bummer. - the game master didn't seem very enthusiastic. Part of the experience is to feel immersed in the situation, but being flatly explained what's going on (which we already read in the description) didn't feel like we were leaving behind the real world and entering into our story. - the walls are so thin! The walkie talkie to connect with the game master was dying/cutting out frequently, but we could actually hear them clearly through the walls. Additionally, we could hear their conversations and their laughter in all three rooms we were there. This place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because it doesn't seem like they made the story themselves, so they can't be blamed for the story itself. The game master read one of the keys for the clues to us from a manual, but couldn't explain more in depth because "that was all that was given in the packet." Also, the escape room game themes are pretty unique; I haven't ever seen or heard of a mafia escape room, so that was interesting. I can't really say I recommend this place, or maybe it's just this room. RIP my money.

Not a fan of this particular escape room. A few things to note:1. Staff was nice but minimally trained and really struggled to run the room.2. Much of the "challenge" of our room came from having to struggle to guess what clues went to what. All combination locks were four or five digit number locks and there were a substantial number of red herrings. Often, puzzles could not be solved without leaps of logic or re-using old clues. I would rather the difficulty have come from more puzzles than simply trying to confuse the players.3. The room was quite small, even for four people, and yet could be booked for substantially more.Unfortunately, compared to other escape rooms, I don't find this one to be particularly good. Can't recommend.

We had a great time!! We actually enjoyed ourselves so much we ended up coming back twice in one day! The staff was really nice and helpful. If you have a smaller group you should go with the smaller rooms- we had a team of 4 and did the Cabin Fever but we weren't able to escape because there was too much to do (max is 12 people) so if you have at least 6-12 people you would probably be more successful! If you're a smaller party like 4 people- you should do the White House room. Overall great experience !

Helpful! Fun! We escaped the cabin with 15 minutes to spare. I recommend splitting up to get the job done.

I coach high school club volleyball, and my team and I were looking for something to do in the Dallas area for some team bonding. We found Project Panic and had a great time! We did the Cabin escape room, and there was a great combination of easy, medium, and difficult puzzles/problems to solve in order to get out of the room in time. Our game master, Grey, was super helpful with hints and did a nice job explaining things that didn't make sense to us. We escaped the room with a mere 7 seconds to spare. If you like solving puzzles with a bit of time pressure, you should definitely check out Project Panic!

This was the worst escape room I've ever experienced and I've done at least over 20 rooms. I'm never the "I need to talk to your manager" type of guy, but this was the closest I've ever felt to needing to. We completed the Cabin Fever room and enjoyed it last year so we figured returning here would be a safe choice. We first get there and they were unable to accept our payments, their card reader was broken. I was told that I needed to go get cash since they couldn't get any of our cards to charge - totally okay with me. We were given a small discount to attempt to make up for the inconvenience. It brought it down from $44 a person to $36 a person. We found it really strange that the employee walked to the back with the cash I gave him and did not provide us with a receipt. The employee was also dressed in pajamas, slippers, and dirty socks.. not a good look for any business. We eventually get into the room and it was a disaster. Nearly ever single puzzle was not working properly. The smoothest part of the escape room experience was entering a password onto a computer. The touchscreen was a little annoying to deal with - having a mouse would make the process much more user friendly. We called for help multiple times but we were set on the wrong walkie channel at the start. Eventually our game master notices and comes in to help and adjusted our walkie.Out of respect for future visitors, I will not post specific details that include spoilers; at least 5 puzzles had serious issues. The sensors need some real overhaul. Don't even get me started on the major puzzle in the middle of the room. The latch to the door that we need to open looks like something we shouldn't touch - the wires are showing and it barely looks like a latch, it more just resembles a block of wood. It was also already exposed prior to us solving the clue, which reinforced our initial thoughts that we shouldn't be touching it. A little halfway through the experience, I heard our game master tell us on the walkie that we have 3 minutes left. Puzzled, I asked my friends if I heard that right. Some of my friends reasoned that he meant 30 minutes instead and that we might have misheard. Sure enough, 3 minutes later he walks in telling us that we were close but unfortunately ran out of time. We were truly confused and told him that we have been in the room for 40 minutes maximum - he then apologized and said that he must have set the timer wrong and gave us 15 "extra" minutes. We expressed our frustration at the end of our experience and our game master candidly said that they have been having a ton of issues with this room in particular and said that it was functioning better today than usual. He basically tried to downplay and justify our terrible experience. If this is the case, this room should not be sold at all until it runs smoothly. Not a single person in my group enjoyed the experience. Upon completion, we were not offered a picture of us to be taken. I honestly would've expected some type of refund because of how disastrous our experience was. We were so disappointed and frustrated, we decided to do a room at escapology later that night. Thankfully, that experience was enjoyable. As a business, if you're going to be charging $44 a person, this room better run smoothly for at least 95% of the experience. This price point is higher than any of the other rooms I've done. Also, they charge a fee of around $25 for booking rooms online - I'm not sure if this fee is also included if you book it in person. But that's just truly ridiculous.

Anthony was a 10/10 person to have for this experience! He was so nice and patient, and made us feel so welcome and helped us have the best time. I would definitely return because of the experience he gave us!
