We love this place, it definitely impresses. When first pulling up, I didn't expect what was inside and surely, didn't expect the cigar lounge to be exceptionally beautiful. The customer service was great, they have a great selection of cigars, and you can tell they take pride in their establishment.

Terrell was great at Prestige Cigars! He was very informative, has a bunch of cigar knowledge and was very hospitable. When you're there be sure to have a slice of the peanut butter & chocolate cake, although whatever you end up choosing you cannot go wrong! I'll definitely be back whenever I visit Dallas! A hidden gem. Great selection of cigars and food. The lounge is a great setting to enjoy a cigar.

I wish I could shout from the rooftops about this place. We have been coming for years and they are more like family than a business. The cigar selection is superb and the coffee is even better. The owners put their heart and soul into everything they do and it shows in every aspect of their business.

Please don't visit this place! The owner is nothing but helpful and informative. They have a great beverage and pastry selection. Not too mention that the atmosphere is way too relaxing. I'd like to keep it for myself. So once again, for my sake, please don't visit!

I finally had the chance to visit Prestige Cigars, and all I can say is WOW. This upscale establishment truly impressed me. The lounge is immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable and relaxing chairs. The people there were very friendly and shared my goal of enjoying a great cigar.I heard the food is amazing as well. Although I had just eaten dinner, so I didn't try the food, I did enjoy a fantastic latte.Prestige is now number one in my book, and I plan to become a regular.

The service here is second to none. Terrell is amazingly professional and great to work with. Both Terrell and the owner are always willing to give advice and suggest new cigars, and the store and lounge are nothing short of beautiful.
