I love this place my kids love it as well they get to interact with many kids and run around in a safe place. There's so much for them to do but the thing that I do not like from this place is that you can only go for certain times you should be able to play as long as you want. I paid $30 dollars for my two kids and for less than an hour because I didn't know they had certain times the girl in the front should tell customers that they'll be closing soon and let you know they'll be another Sassoon in 30 minutes or so I was very disappointed thinking we would be able to play for 3 hours to only being able to play for 40 minutes and paying 30 dollars there was not enough time to get to play everything.

Shout out the Play Street Museum idea! Freaking genius, right? Like why didn't I come up with that myself? The concept teaches children that sliding down a slide or hanging from monkey bars is fun but there is more to play than just running around and getting dirty. This establishment grants children the opportunity to use their imagination, broaden their horizons, if you will. From constructing the tallest building made of Legos or dressing like your favorite Disney character/Super hero, then putting on a show for others, makes this place in my opinion, kind of magical.Kiddos, especially mine, are not the tidiest little boogers, so it was pleasant to observe staff organizing the several different stations every 10 minutes or so. Inside of this museum, there are buildings that closely resemble Downtown Dallas; the Reunion Tower, to the illuminating Bank of America building, they just about have it all. There are also small tables where adults may sit and assist small ones with arts and crafts. The price for admission is around $12 per child and you're given a token for a complimentary snack at the end of playtime. Cheetos or Oreos are not options here; they offer healthier nibbles like granola bars and skinny popcorn! They 're only open during normal business hours Mon-Fri, so being a full-time working mother could make future visits a little less frequent than I would like. I [I mean my little boys] look forward to visiting the other locations in the surrounding areas. There's no limit on play time here! Expect a nice long nap afterwards for everyone!

I decided to give this place another try. I'm really glad I did. The woman who greeted me when I walked in (the owner?) was so kind. There were kids everywhere running around and having a blast. My son joined in on all the fun. He loves places like this. He likes to run in and out of each playhouse They did a way better job this time with toy organization! I noticed a girl walking around sorting toys and attempting to put things back where they belong. She was really sweet and didn't mind my son getting in her way as she cleaned. The place looked way more put together than the last time we went! I really hope the two women that were working are regulars because I will definitely bring my son back if they are there!

Hands down my favorite place to take my twins. I love that it's contained so I feel so safe checking an email on my phone or going to the restroom! The owners are so nice and keep this place so clean. I feel really good about the safety and cleanliness. This is a perfect place for those rainy days, super hot days and any day you need a super fun safe space for your littles to get their energy out!!!

Nice place for kids to play, they have a pretend movie theater, hotel, pizza place, amongst other activities the kids can engage in. They even have dress up attire for the m ntioned activities for the kids to dress up in. Ideal for 1-7 year olds, my grand daughter is 5 and loves going here. No outside food allowed but you can bring in water bottles. Friendly staff, clean, and a great place to play slong with the kids or sit and watch. Very welcoming atmosphere! Price was only $14, the only drawback is they close at 5 and not open on weekends! Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

We recently held my daughter's birthday party here; overall we had a fine experience. The venue seems clean, open, and there is sufficient parking. The thing I found disappointing is that for birthday parties, you are specifically told in the communications that "half way through the party we will help you gather the kiddos to sing Happy Birthday! While guests eat, we will begin cutting & plating the cake or cupcakes." I have been to two parties at Play Street, and they do not help with these items - it is up to you to gather everyone, plate, and serve the guests. I have no issue with that, but feel they should not be advertising / setting the expectation that they take care of those items if that's not the case as it just causes confusion.
