Came here on a Friday evening to celebrate my friend's birthday.It was busy but didn't have to wait long,maybe 10-15 minutes.Hostess took my name and # and sent a text when they were ready to seat us.Our server was very attentive.He checked on us and made sure our order was correct and to see how we liked our food.shout out to AIDEN!!!Definitely will ask for him again when we come back.Pizza,spicy chicken Alfredo,fried pickles,and margaritas was all a thumbs up!

Walked in with a party of five and got completely ignored by the hostesses. A family walked in a few minutes after us and they acknowledged them and took their names for a time slot. Not going to be giving this place the time of day. It's okay to be busy but you still have to have some level of customer service.

We've driven by here so many times we figured we would give it a try. We agree with the other 1-2 star ratings we've seen. Mediocre food. Chicken Parmesan was crispy and juicey but the sauce was eh. The Pearl and BBQ chicken pizzas were fine, but nothing to write home about.We were given our food without silverware or napkins, whoops! Overall just an underwhelming experience. A one and done for us!

After a long work week, my wife specifically requested Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse, and I'm glad she did. I had my usual order in mind, and Danica, who took care of us, made sure it was possible. Talk about service! Now I've got some delicious pizza, a happy wife, and a great end to a busy week. Thanks, Parry's, for coming through in the clutch!Of course I had a Mango Cart brew while I waited.

I came here on a weeknight with a friend for dinner and we were seated quickly. When we came to Parry's, there were plenty of places to sit. Our waitress provided menus and gave us time to look through the menu and decide what we wanted. I ordered the spicy alfredo pasta with Cajun shrimp added to it. The pasta was flavorful, filling and paired well with the Cajun shrimp. The pasta isn't spicy, but has some heat to it. Though I was provided big pieces of shrimp, an upcharge of $4.99 is expensive. I tried my friend's pizza with cheese and chicken which was yummy as well. The service we received at Parry's was good, the food was yummy albeit pricey, I look forward to returning.

Some days you're HOT, and some you're NOT!I normally don't like to write negative reviews, but this one earned it.We were there for early dinner on a Thursday night, and had some time to kill. Parry's looked Hot & New, and we like pizza... so this has to be a win, right?To be blunt, when we arrived, there was staff everywhere. Outside smoking, inside sitting at tables eating, sitting on the boxes in the back... but we sta a long time before we were addressed. Then the sweetest little waitress came over to help. She was brand new, and we attempted to have mercy. However, she had not been trained on the differences between the happy hour menu, the specials menu, and the regular menu. Yes, we had 3 menus before us. When we asked questions, the waitress told us she was new, and was better with the menu when she could look at the computer. (aka Training Opportunity for MGMT!).Everything says New York Sized, which translated means THUMB NAIL sized (okay, maybe Texas thumb nail), but the portions were all small. The 6 piece happy hour boneless wings ($6.99) were literally the smallest I had ever seen. However, they were soft inside, crispy, well sauced and yummy! The waitress was super confused by what boneless wings were, and wanted to send us chicken tenders. We had to explain the multiple menus to her, and then she was still confused. No offense to the waitress, but this place was severely overstaffed, and they were all undertrained. When I asked for a manager a small blond in a baseball hat pulled down over her eyes walked up and asked if everything was OK. She did not introduce herself, did not address our concern, or even bring it up! She then walked back off the floor, never to be seen again.We later talked to a different manager and realized this was the floor manager. We literally though she was a cigarette promo girl, and we blew her off because we don't smoke. We never knew she was there to help! She needs to be re-trained by the GM, as well!I asked for a knife to cut my sandwich, and was told they don't have knives. I went to the bar (I mean they have limes right, someone has a knife!). Finally, 5-10 minutes later, another waitress showed up with a butter knife. Ugh! Don't you love cold food?One the menu is a section promoting their Special White Ketchup. I ordered a side. Is house made ranch. There no difference. It's just plain ol ranch. Which I already had on my plate, but they had no problem with the ol' Switcheroo and upcharged me for the additional Ranch dressing. Theives!Then... A Bug crawled out of wife's sandwich. Not a flying bug. It didn't land. It crawled out, and stayed there. (See photos). We took it upon ourselves to flag down the one person who looked in charge (the bar manager). He said this never happens! He asked if we wanted us to refire the sandwich. I politely declined, as my wife was in the bathroom throwing up her guts!They comped the sandwich. Not the meal. It was barely an apology. I felt bad for the bar manger, he needs to be somewhere he is appreciated or promoted to GM! The floor manager, still never returned!1 STAR... Cannot say we feel comfortable enough to come back.How you do anything is how you do everything... and poor training, poor hygiene, and poor food standards are too much to overcome!

Overall wasn't impressed at all. Waited about 5 minutes in front of the host just to be skipped by another customer. Got seated and the service was pretty good but the food is why I'm coming into your restaurant. I tried the mozzarella stick things which weren't cooked all the way, same with my pasta.. believe the kitchen was just rushing stuff out vs making sure the quality was perfect. They ended up replacing my dish but wasn't my thing. I did try the pizza which was a bit chewy for my liking. Place was popping but food wasn't.

I so wanted to love Parry's! They did such a beautiful job making the inside and patio welcoming and family friendly. They have an expansive menu and kind waitstaff. However, the food was very average. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese, buffalo wings (medium), and a 14inch pizza - half BBQ and half green chile NM. Nothing was stand out and as we ate each item we like others better. I'm not in a hurry to return.

The vibe of the restaurant is very casual, it's a cute laid back atmosphere, similar to Buffalo Wild Wings. They have booths and high tables inside as well as a decent sized bar and a large patio. They have TVs surrounding the bar and others around the restaurant. We went to grab dinner and watch the game, unfortunately there is two booths in the back corner that can only see one tv and we were seated there. Next time we would just request anywhere except there if we're going to watch a game. We requested the tv to be changed to the game we were looking for, they did so without question. We did have to ask twice and it took a while though. I asked for a drink menu to see what wines and cocktails they had and was given a beer list. I felt bad making another request and just ordered beer. They do have a really great beer selection though! Meals ordered were the spaghetti, Philly, Italian and meatball sandwich. Everyone was pleased with their food and everything tasted great. My order did come out incorrectly and missing dipping sauce again I just ate it as to not cause any issues and have to make another request. Service was a bit slow for drinks and we could see our beers at the service well just waiting, we had to request for used dishes to be taken from the table and our server wasn't super attentive. I think she may have been very busy at the beginning of our visit because she did do better at the end. Over all I only gave 4 stars because I think we need to give this place another chance, the potential is for sure there and the food is good. I think being seated elsewhere and a different server would have completely changed the experience.

I usually don't leave bad reviews or have bad experiences. But the picture says it all. Like other reviewers have mentioned. Look at the toppings. Definitely not much on there. So basically a cheese pizza that rivaled chuckie cheese. There was really no flavor. The servers and bartenders were not organized. It was Mother's Day so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for the crazy crowd. But everybody was running into each other and why would you stick a register/server stand on the way to the bathroom it definitely created congestionWith employees loitering around the stand and not allowing the patrons to go to the bathroom.
