Parker County Brewing

Thursday afternoon lunch visit, sat at the bar. Had a beer and a couple items. Here is what we liked:* The beer. Had the Oktoberfest and 1879 ale. Both cold and delicious.* Ordered a slider trio: the Brisket slider and Chicken slider were quite tasty.* Stuffed mushrooms, the Misses loves them but hates seafood which is the usual stuffing. Not these lil guys, bacon and cheese with a jalapeño on top. She thought these were quite good.* Bar tender was knowledgeable and good hearted. Ask about the cilantro tattoo. Liked how he said cheers when he delivered each drink.* The general vibe was just a cool place to hang out.* Appears they were dog friendly as there was one in the patio. Good to know for future visits.What could of been better:* The meatball slider was good but think it needed a marinara sauce to make it great.*She loved the mushrooms, I think they would be better if broiled at the end and get that cheese golden brown and gooey.Overall a nice visit, one of those ratings where 4.5 seems fitting for this visit but not quite a 5. Will visit again when in the area.

Excellent comfort foods, excellent choice of craft beers, Java and blonde are my favorites with the molto pizza. Not pictured are the slider combo which is excellent.

Always come here for some good delicious pizza and drinks! Had branch today with some great drinks the service by Elissa B is amazing! She's always great. The ambiance is always great and welcoming!

This is a great lowkey place, at least the day I went. The environment was warm the moment I walked in the door. My waiter was attentive and helped with drink recommendations. The pizza was great. As out of towner from the north I would visit again if I'm in the area!

Expensive! Two small pizzas, soda and a glass of wine $65. The pizza crust has changed and it's not good. We are never going back

Food was always good but Darion our server was not on key tonight... just did not give good service,,, never came back to check on us after someone else delivered the food.... Hope we don't get him again!

Another day many months later but the same issue. The one thing I did notice is a new hostess heard the other hostess turn 3 families of 4 away because they couldn't break up three tables of 8 (they've had 3 tables of 8 open since we got here 1 hour and 22 min. ago and the person said, that is f***-ing stupid. At least your 16/17 year old hostess even realizes that's bad for business, common sense anyone? Management, owners, are you not reading your reviews, obviously not and it shows. Come on.

I was in town for a friend's wedding and we hit up Parker County Brewing Company with about 20-25 of us trying to have a good time celebrating our friends. Beer was fine (none of us ordered food because of the planned wedding activities) but I was personally threatened by someone named Ryan (white caucasian, goatee, light beard, was wearing a baseball cap) who claimed he was an employee of the brewery and asked us to calm down because our group was apparently "too loud"Honestly don't know what this guy's problem was. Maybe he was trying to look like a big man around the woman he was with, or maybe he was just under the influence and thought it would be funny to harass a bunch of black folx, but he crossed the line when he whispered in my ear he was going to go get his gun and forcibly remove me and my friends if we didn't shut up.Don't recommend this brewery to anybody who is looking for a good time and isn't going to be harassed for being "too loud" One of our female friends made a complaint to one of the female bartenders, and she dismissed our complaint saying there was nothing she could do about that person.Stay safe and stay vigilant. Any business who allows anybody on the premise to physically threaten people with a firearm is a no-go in my book.

If you don't have kids, you better hope you can find seats at a two-top or the bar because they'll leave open tables to accommodate families. Kinda BS for a brewery. Y'all lose money accommodating children. Go to Chuck E Cheeze.
