This is a nice, clean place for Asian food. "Pan Asian" is an apt word to describe its menu for it offers a variety of selections across Asia: Korean dishes, Chinese dishes, Japanese dishes and Thai dishes. I chose the Vegetable Clay Pot. This features broccoli, carrots, tofu, and edamame - all kept piping hot in a clay bowl. The menu pricing is reasonable, too. My dish was $14.00.

I so wanted to love this place but sadly only liked it. I would say this is any the same as pro Wei. The flat noodle dish we got was 1 big clump and mysteriously a bit oily. The fresh spring rolls had zero flavor without the sauce. The fried tofu appetizer was good but really only tasted like fry oil. We got a few other dishes. Everything was fine but fell short. I would go back in a pinch but for sure won't be seeking it out.

This place is new to the neighborhood and I was excited to see it. Apparently this is another concept from the people that own Howard Wang. It took over the same spot where another Asian restaurant was that didn't last long at all. I don't want to see this happen to this business, but...I liked that the space is open and bright. There is a separate area that looks like it may be good for groups. They serve Korean, Japanese, and Chinese food. My daughter and I ordered strictly from the Korean area of the menu. We got japchae, beef bulgogi, tangsuyuk. Sadly all the food was bland and tasted nothing like Korean food I have had in South Korea and Koreatown in Carrollton. I was very disappointed. We spent $73 on 3 mains and 2 appetizers no drinks. They don't offer any lunch specials. It doesn't matter because all the mains were bland. I gave 2 stars because the food came out fast and it was very fresh with fresh ingredients. Sadly the best thing we had were the egg rolls. They were packed, but not heavy and greasy. I would only go back for the egg rolls. They don't have sweet and sour sauce. She left a sauce on the table and said it was duck sauce. I asked for some sweet and sour and she pointed at the sauce she just said was duck. Duck sauce and sweet and sour sauce are not the same thing. The sauce she left wasn't even duck sauce. The mystery sauce was good, just not what I wanted.

We had dinner at Pan Asian this week and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff was kind and accommodating, and everything we ordered was delicious! The dumpling appetizer and Mongolian Beef entree were both popular with the whole table. Will definitely be back to try more of their great selection!

GREAT new addition to the neighborhood, legit multi-Asian cuisine with robust menu. The soups are delicious, many traditional Asian food offerings (pad Thai, fried rice, bulgogi beef, crispy noodles, spring rolls), the list goes on and on! Just a basic restaurant layout (from the previous business that left) but the food is definitely the draw. Friendly crew. Seems great for takeout. Wishing this business well. We will definitely return and also refer our friends. .

Wish it was better, love having new restaurants in the area but the food is just not good. It's very basic tasting with not a lot of flavor/spice.

I am sad to write this but being Asian I cannot let this go. The food was not good there was no flavor or was even spicy. We started with tempura which was so salty and the vegetables were a joke 4 tiniest piece of zucchini and squash. The 2 shrimps were barely okay and the 3rd was a half of a shrimp. Okay the last one had to be the worst - we ordered chicken fried rice which when it came out it smelled weird then we looked at our boil chicken which was thrown in and not even season. Obviously, the rice was seasoned with soy sauce and you normally season the meat too. When the cook came out he had on AirPods and did not seem to care what we had to say. Sadly this place was a huge let down and I truly did not want to give it 1 star. I wish I took a picture but I returned the food immediately.

Let's start from the top. It's the old Atomic Pie (RIP) place that then turned into the failed Hei Hei (woof). The space is nice. If it takes off they're going to need more seating as it will fill up fast. We went in tonight and it was really crowded which is great to see for the neighborhood. They are still working out the kinks on the service side but they are really kind and attentive and they're running around to get everyone taken care of. It will be great if the bar could turn into a similar vibe as that of Royal China vibe. The food is delicious. Started with an egg roll and hot and sour soup. Both very good. For the main course we had kung pao chicken and the spicy Korean pork. Kung pao was fresh and flavorful. Go to classic meal. The spicy Korean pork was the winner in my opinion. If you are a fan of gochujang, it's awesome. If you haven't tried it I recommend it. My only suggestion is the rice could've been steamed a little longer. It was a little crispy on some bites. Other than that, A+ on the food. Really happy that Howard and his family decided to open up shop here in Lake Highlands.
