Palio's Pizza Cafe - Colleyville

Edited and adjusted rating due to associating one incorrect incident from door dash which was a different location. Apologies. I really love Palio's, especially the Chicken il Palio. Pickup order was incorrect. I ordered 2 Chicken il Palio and a salad, they gave me Chicken Alfredo instead. I called to sort it out, but when I explained the mix-up to a girl who transferred me to a beeping line and nobody picked up.

We love Palio's. And we especially love Palio's with a patio! This location has a great covered patio which is great for team events, after games, or just a nice evening with the dog. The inside is fine too if you need the AC. Lots of seating and options of where to sit. There is an option for a super long table for larger parties. Our faves include the King and Maria's BBQ chicken pizza. Their crust is always crispy and tasty!

We love Palios Pizza on Bryant Irving in SW Ft Worth. I was headed to see my son in Colleyville and called Palios Colleyville on the phone and ordered a King Specialty Pizza and picked up for the evening. Just like our favorite spot the Pizza was Fantastic just like we expected. This location has a giant Patio and we saw many enjoying the evening on their Patio. Happy Trails Seniors,Chris and Sharon

THE BEST pizza!! I absolutely love everything about this restaurant. the atmosphere is so cozy, the customer service is always top notch, and you can truly tell they put care into the food they're making. Ask for Skylar!! her customer service is always top notch!!

Palio's in Colleyville is our absolute favorite pizza place. Have tried several varieties of their pies and loved them all. Even the one person in the family who doesn't particularly care for pizza likes it. Love their generous salads too. We enjoy eating at the restaurant but tonight we had it to go. I like to order at the restaurant to make sure my order stays as hot as possible. The staff is efficient so I never have to wait long. Since I have limited mobility and can't carry the three pizzas I always get, one of the servers always brings my food to the car. I honestly can't understand some of the reviews that talk about rude servers. Every server who's helped me has been consistently, courteous and friendly.

Ok, this is a hard review to write as I usually write positive reviews so here we go, just ok pizza! Great for kids but not necessarily for an adult with an educated palette.The Palio's Cafes are BYOB which is ok since I am not a big drinker. They offer refills on beverages which is nice.You place your order and sit down. Now for the pizza review. They have a nice pizza oven but they do not use a gluten type pizza dough. It has the texture of a plain loaf of bread or cardboard. Did I say that? I told you this was hard for me because I always find the best or a good quality in most places I go.The only thing great about Palio's is the fact that kids love it. We were there after a football game and my grandsons friends showed up so it was cool he could socialize but wait that has nothing to do with my review of Palio's. But I did say I try to find the good in the bad.Not my first choice for Pizza but good when with family.

Quality ingredients. Place is BYOB. the cheese bread is super cheap for the quantity you get. New favorite pizza spot!

Vegetable pizza was delicious, can't imagine what it would taste like with meat...LOL! Highly recommended for those days when you have pizza on the brain.

Palio's Pizza Cafe - ColleyvilleMy 14 yr old son had an issue ordering breadsticks from Palio's as the pizza girl apparently didn't understand what "breadsticks" were even though they sell them everyday. When we went to pickup the "go" order, pizza and cheese mozzarella sticks were in the order. When we explained that this order was incorrect and was supposed to be cheese breadsticks and pizza, she said they was nothing they could do about it. No customer service at all!!! We didn't want the cheese sticks and the least they could do was make some offer to make the order right. All we heard was "NO"!!!This will be our last visit to Palio's!!

Palio's in Colleyville will be our go to pizza place! We just loved their pizza and salads. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the environment was cool and relaxed. We will definitely be back.
