Old Town Market

I've been coming here a handful of times, this is the best meat market I've been to in the DFW area by far. The variety of meats (beef, pork, chicken etc) is outstanding. They have everything available in the counter so you can see yourself what's available. The people that works here are very customer friendly and they know their stuff. If you don't know how much meat to buy for the number of people you plan on cooking for, they are more than happy to help you. They also have extra services that go above and beyond I've seen anywhere else. For example they have different seasoning mixes they make themselves and will ask you if you want their seasoning or not. They have different seasoning mixes for beef vs pork for example. As far as I know they don't charge any extra for this service.I went there today to buy baby back ribs and they asked if they wanted me to remove the membrane for me. YES, please! How much easier can it get?!All the meats are of high quality, we have their steak burgers, different types of beef meats and the pork ribs and we have been happy with the result every time.

Great friendly service and great quality meat. You may pay more or less than normal but the quality is no comparison. Taste the meat and you'll love it. The store offers many spices, sides and rubs. When ordering don't forget to ask for their special marination before they wrap up your order.

Great selection of meats and raw honey. We love the tri tip selection and thankful that they can trim the fat cap down for me.

We were looking for a butcher nearby when we came across this place. Being new to the town we think we have found our go to place for all our meats. The employees are all so helpful and kind. They have great recommendations of what and when they can get the cuts of meat needed for us. Heading back soon to place our holiday order.

Had heard about this place for many years now. I should have made the trip when they were in Lewisville, but to get some Christmas presents this past weekend, went to their new location in Double Oak. I was in for a surprise in every regard: it was well lit and extremely clean. They had your normal stuff, as you'd expect. But they had a lot of different and high end stuff as well. The workers were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Haven't been to all that many real butcher shops, but of all the ones I've been to, this is hands and feet above any of the others. Definitely won't be my last trip.

Try and find a better butcher nearby. Shawn the owner has personal touch too. He works and tell the customers of what and when they can get the cuts and needs for a party to a couple of steaks. By the way try his top Wagu steaks. You should order a prime prime rib for holidays and his marinade is great.

The quality of the meats I purchased (short ribs, Italian sausage, bratwurst) was very good, and I'm glad they're now in Flower Mound. The team behind the counter is helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to a variety of great fresh and frozen meats, they carry some cheese (including a good pimento cheese), sauces, and condiments.It's Covid-19 time, so one has to talk about that. Although they are wearing masks and requiring customers to wear them, they haven't gone a step further to put some markers on the floor to remind customers about keeping distance while being served. I had people literally almost behind me as I was waiting for my order to be rung up. I ended up backing away from them, and trying to get a few feet of distance to avoid them (they were "wearing" masks with mouth covered only, noses exposed and exhaling particles everywhere). Floor stickers and one-way indicators are a cheap reminder to people that there's a pandemic.

Amazing service and they will cut whatever you don't see in the glass, super professional and respectful staff. You want aged stake??? they got it! You want duck?? They got it

Best steaks around. You won't be disappointed!! So friendly also. Trust worthy. We stay this meat market. *I love Old Town meat market.

This place is amazing! It's the only place I'll buy my meat from. The quality is so good and I'm so picky about meat. The selection is great and the pricing is competitive. The service is what really sets this place apart, everyone that has ever served me has been so kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond! I recommend this place to everyone.
