Spectacular dining experience . It was hard to share mushroom appetizer asThey were so delicious .3 courses Full of flavor . Filet perfectly cooked and tender . Peppercorn sauce and carrots on point. Perfect finish with the cheesecake topped with Carmel , chocolate sauce and candy pecans . Service was Seamless with the top notch hospitality . I am ready for round 2 :)

Chef Adelston prepared an unbelievable lunch for my friends a me for a special occasion and every course was spectacular! He worked with me to create a menu that was tailored to me and the execution and taste of the food was excellent. We will be using him or any events in the future and I recommend everyone to do the same!

I worked with Adelston to provide food for a 40-50 person memorial. With just a couple of weeks to finalize all the details, Adelston was communicative and flexible at every step of the process. He was proactive to check out the event site multiple times and didn't hesitate to message me or call me for any coordinations or questions. I appreciated that he brought on an additional team member at the last minute because he intuitively felt the need for extra hands.Professionalism aside, the food was delicious! We had a tough and very honest crowd but many guests personally complimented to me and Adelston on how good the food was. Adelston Canady is amazing! He is creative and adaptable and extremely personable. Everything he creates looks and tastes perfect. He just did crepes for a brunch that I hosted with 70 people and everyone raved. He offered three different crepes - one savory and two sweet. They were delicious and the stars of the brunch. Hire him! He will make your party!
