Nola Cajun Catering is an awesome seafood/Cajun truck! 1st. Customer service is impeccable! They remember their customers and even give you a discount code for your second visit and for random holidays. They communicate locations, times, and if they run out of anything via email if you subscribe to the customer list.Now the food! I have not had Oysters on the half shell or gumbo so good since the last time that I visited New Orleans. The catfish if crispy with lots of flavor that's not overwhelming. The crab legs and shrimp are well seasoned and plentiful! I can't give enough accolades. Go and try it for yourself!

I threw a crawfish boil for my fiancé's birthday and Nola Cajun hit it out of the park. Unlike other crawfish I've had in the last, the spices were marinated in and not just poured on top. Extremely professional and personable! I was emailed 30 minutes before my drop off time that the driver would be there soon. My food was delivered promptly on time and was set up for me. Couldn't have asked for a better party. Everyone devoured the food! We will definitely show up where ever you guys are eat your food. Thank you, thank you.

I am not a huge fan of cajun, a friend convinced me to try Nola Cajun food. It was the best Cajun food I have ever had. I will definitely bring my family back, and tell all of my friends. I don't like spicy and the owner said he could fix my food without the spicy seasoning. He suggested the lemon pepper season. He even put it on my potatoes, it was Soo good. I told the owner that my husband likes his spicy. He said we can cater the taste to how mild to how spicy the customers want. The owner said the customer just needs to request how much seasoning the want. The employees were very attentive and friendly.

I ordered a shrimp platter, seafood gumbo and boudain and spent $28.00. Let's just say I will not be back. The potatoes had no seasoning on them and you would think that they would at least look the picture on the flyer.The gumbo was bland and had no flavor and the boudain was just plain dry and tasteless. I was disappointed on so many levels. When I first pulled up and there was no crowd or line to wait, I started to get back in the car. Next time I will follow my first mind.
