Ninja Nation - Frisco

We had our daughters' birthday party here; and it was really great. Both girls had a blast and the staff was really great. I had bought a middle tier package with the hosts for the activities. It was well worth it; they engaged with all the kids (we had about 27) and everyone had a blast. Definitely have to be a little older to enjoy this place. Clean place, great teens working there, and the party went so smoothly. I definitely will be bringing my kids back just to come play.

Bad scheduling and timing of the party roomsTools 37 minutes after the kids got seated to get the 8 pizzas we ordered and they had to rush to eat and move out 18 kids and 24 adults out of there in 16 minutes b/c u guys were late On the pizza and the communication and overall management was not good. The employees were teenagers not mature enough to handle this much responsibility given to customers who spend almost 1000 dollars here.....

Came here with my friend to bring our girls to burn some energy. My friend has a monthly subscription here and she can bring a friend to visit. My girl loved it! She jumped and ran and did all the gymnastics kind of activities there. She was red of so much activity. You can go with your kids for a daily fee but it seems its more affordable to be a member especially if you have kiddos who need to be physically active quite a lot.

Great activities and equipment. Just like the real ninja warrior show. Even the warp wall.

I choose this for a fun adult escape, celebrating my recent 39th Birthday. Upon arriving I was nervous it was only for children. That was not the case. We had a blast and we were definitely challenged the whole time. Staff was friendly and there was always someone available on the floor to demonstrate and answer our questions. I would highly recommend for children and adults. Thank you for a great time.

We really liked Ninja Nation when our son first started his membership. While management wasn't always the most pleasant, we truly appreciated the coaches and training provided. However, our son's last visit is the reason for the 1-star rating. While I understand accidents do happen, I don't understand a parent not being contacted and informed when one occurs. Apparently, another child intentionally head-butted ours and his lip bled for 15 minutes while a coach took him to the bathroom and wiped his mouth continuously. Later, he was given an ice pack due to the severity of the swelling. All of this and not once did we receive a phone call. Our son suffered for hours before we arrived. We weren't even informed by staff during pickup; our son explained what happened. Then, when we asked for a manager we were told there wasn't one available. To add insult to injury, no one responded to my email inquiring about the matter. Needless to say, our son is no longer a member of Ninja Nation. It's so unfortunate because he absolutely enjoyed training there.

Had no idea there was a NN in Frisco. Loved the one in McKinney and Im excited for this one. Lots of obstacles for the kiddos to jump and do all sorts of craziness they love. Great for birthday parties, parents get to sit on the side and watch. Instructors can be seen all over, and if you need one, they are a few feet away. Really cool spot for the kiddos!

A little bit fun, but I went with my friend Carson. I'll give it four stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the atmosphere here! My kid loves coming throughout the week and looks forward to challenging himself. I also, appreciate the seating areas, especially all the extra plugs for those who need to use a laptop or charge a phone.

My grandson hasn't stopped talking about how much fun he had at the 1-Day Ninja Warrior Camp. We will definitely sign up for a week long camp or extended classes. Thank you for making my busy little guy so happy!
