Ninja Kidz Action Park

Love this place, great for kids! They have slides, obstacle courses, basketball hoops, and trampolines.

It was a good spot, not great but good! It was definitely geared towards 11 and under. But my youth kids had good time.

The management here is so amazing!! I talked to Jonathan about a few safety questions I had and he answered everything so patiently and attentively! The area space all around us was clean and well maintained. My family will definitely be going back!!!

This was my 3rd visit this year (2024). I waited until after my birthday party to post.My 1st visit was during the day, during the week. Very few people working and jumping. Had the place to ourselves.2nd time, was for a friends birthday on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy and packed. I was able to walk in undetected. They DEFINITELY need more BATHROOMS. There's only 2 toilets in the women's. In the mens, no baby changing table, 1 urinal and 1 toilet. I was standing in line with a lady and her kid. We stood there listening to silence then started talking about how they need more toilets. Both flushed and left, and both were employees. I'm not mad at the young ladies being on their phone while holding up the only toilets in the joint, I'm mad that there's only 2 toilets in the joint. Then our 2 year olds birthday. We bought a Groupon and had it on a weekday evening. Everything went smoothly. Pizza was late, but that was the only snafu. I kinda wanted the guy to give us the socks faster so we can send the kids off for the full time, but he did have to check everybody's waivers, so this is me being impatient. He was helpful, checked on us, and provided everything I asked for. Weekdays is so much more laid back. We plan on going back.I never bought anything from their snack stand.

Kids of all ages have fun in this gym! Tons of obstacles, challenges and trampolines. We take grandkids ages 2 1/2, 4 1/2, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 13. Everyone has a good time.

Went here for a party. It was fun for the kids, very hot inside and staff was all over the place. I think they were understaffed

Updated, clean, friendly staff. Tanner helped us out and was very informative. My kids had fun

It's dangerous, dirty, and in disrepair. Even my teenagers notice it. Staff/management could care less. No thanks!

They need to change the design of the area where children fall on because even though I like that it works in cushioning their falls and it makes it easier to keep clean, kids can get stuck between the wall and cushion or under the inflatable cushion. They also can not be seen if they do fall through so if no eyes were on a child for even one second, they would disappear, the parent wouldn't even know where they were, and they could suffocate.
