Craft cocktails while in Stockyards? Sounds out of this world but it's made possible by Niles City Hall Saloon. Efficient service, knowledgeable mixologist with creative drink menu? This is your place in the wild, wild world of Stockyards. I had the pleasure to try Negroni and for some reason I didn't like it from the other place I've had it but this one is pretty tasty. We only stopped by for one so I don't have much of a review but will definitely update the next time.

I think we may have stumbled onto one of the best bartenders in the metroplex. We were there on Sunday afternoon and had some amazing cocktails. The bartender has a passion for what he does and it shows. The only mystery is why this place wasn't busier. Great venue with a ton of history as well. We will be back.. Oh and ask for the Old Fashioned with Mescal, smoked with hickory chips and cinnamon. Game changer.

How did I not know about this place?! After shortly arriving we got the history run down and a mini tour while our cocktails were being made. The place is such a neat spot to relax and meet with friends. The lighting, noise level, and overall atmosphere is perfect. Fabian helped us out and did an amazing job entertaining and checking in on us. I would definitely come back for a cocktail or two!

"Cowboys, Cocktails, Culture" indeed! What a great find. While visiting the area, I stopped into this place in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The decor is true Texas saloon - Longhorns, Stetson hats, lots of wood and brass. I expected just the usual cowboy saloon drinks, but the cocktail menu showed a wide variety of modern options that looked rather interesting. My curiosity was well founded!I tried their versions of two classic cocktails: The Last Word, which included a subtle kick of habanero bitters, and an Old Fashion, made with botanical gin, homemade gum Arabic syrup and hand-carved ice cubes. Both were truly superb, highly unique, and made me want to know more about this place. I asked the bartender Random (yes, he said that is his REAL name) about these twists on the classics. He said they use top quality spirits with a variety of mixers that are all made by hand. This craftsman-like approach seems to be a theme: Even his interesting leather and canvas bar apron was custom designed and hand-made. It's worth a visit just to check it out! As we chatted, Random offered to make me a custom cocktail on the spot. I usually favor gin, and he whipped up a concoction that was amazing. I have no idea what went into it, but I got a picture of him preparing it. I strongly recommend it, whatever it was! I definitely intend to return in my next visit, working my way through that tantalizing cocktail list. And asking the bartender Random for more of his personal gourmet surprises!

Excellent artistan cocktails - Fabian is a fabulous bartender! We can vouch for the bloody Marys and the manhattans - probably the best we have ever had which is pretty darn good. The ambiance is great too with the old gambling area downstairs. Definitely will back !!

Good craft cocktails, with a bartender that likes to understand your flavor profile. I'm taking a star off because the bartender really liked to talk religion and politics. Mixed with alcohol, that's not usually a good combo. I just wanted a drink, not a lesson in his beliefs and opinions on ours.

We loved this spot until Fabian was no longer the bartender. We brought friends and sat for twenty minutes waiting for someone to take our order... they took other people's but not ours. It was as if we were invisible. Staff was rude and the drinks weren't the same. Miss Fabian!!

Great cocktails, great music, great bartenders!! Can't lose coming here!! Old friend owns this bar so when we came into town for the weekend it was on the "to do" list and it DID NOT disappoint. We headed in to have a couple cocktails before dinner at Lonesome Dove(hop over to their yelp page to read a review.) First off the Bartender was fantastic!! He was full of wonderful humor and quirky banter! I had a chilton as I was not in the mood for anything heavy and husband had an old fashion, both drinks were incredible! Second, the place is huge with a neat long bar top, wood and brass take you back to the old west. It was not crowded when we went but if it did get crowded there would still be plenty of seating and space! We went back late night for a night cap and once again.... the drinks didn't disappoint! If you are looking for a great cocktail lounge with great music this is your place!
