We rented out a private room for our party of 20 kids and everyone had a lot of fun! I think the bad reviews are for the shared space so I highly recommend renting the private arena. Even the guests loved how we all had our private space. I was able to bring my own playlist of music to play and you can bring your own food. They don't charge extra for that when many places do. Also, if you order pizza for pickup or delivery I highly recommend ordering from Heirloom pizza down the street, everyone at our party raved about the pizza including the party host.

So, if you decide to have a party here don't. They throw everyone in the same area no matter the age. So our 14 and his teenage friends were in the pit and 3 year old kids came in. They told our boys not to run, not to shoot them, etc. well if they can't run and shoot each other why the heck did I waste my money. The manager Alaina Alexander is terrible! Tell me you haven't work with kids. Then she screamed at them and said they were brayed and bad. I find that funny when all of them have been nominated several times for great behavior and academics. Ma'am this isn't the job for you. She needs to be fired and learn how to talk to children because she is going to come across the wrong parent.The owner decided to respond on Google with lies so I guess I have no choice but tell the truth. Thank you for responding and thank you for being dishonest. As you can see from the Yelp reviews you need to change how you handle your business. You don't have to worry we WILL NEVER RETURN. Please see the pictures of the other reviews saying the exact same thing. Also the fact that you're saying they broke something? What, everything is plastic and wood? Not one persons said anything was broken and the lady in there with them said they were fine, it was when the disrespectful manager came out and tried to talk to kids like their adults. I'm not here to go back and forth. We will not go back but if you have older kids don't take them. They literally told our not to run and be careful of the little ones. Why would you even put 6-7 year olds with 14-15 year old boys. Schools don't do it, so why would you. Sports don't either so why would you? Spare me your on the website rules. You should not put middle and high schoolers with babies. Also, please make sure you address the adults who where shooting teenage boys inThe face and everything else. Oh, you won't because of???? On numerous occasions the boys told the lady. I wish you well.

Found this place randomly on yelp looking for stuff to do with the kids . Called and they were very nice and helpful when we got here the manager on duty I did not catch her name but she was very helpful with it being our first time. The deal for unlimited nerf games and arcade games is epic! My kids were so excited and shocked they got to play so much with no problems. The place was very clean . We will definitely be back !

There is definitely a lot of potential here to be the next great birthday destination. We did have a good time. However, the lack of execution from the staff made it confusing when it came time to check out. It was our first time here. I believe a designated party person should be able to check in with the table. It was also frustrating to learn that the supplies they offered for the parties were not available when we requested it. ie. Napkins, plates. Overall, the party went well, but the little things were what made the experience less than stellar.

Just hosted my son's 10th birthday party and it was AWESOME! The kids had a great time. All of the staff were extremely helpful and made this super easy. Easy to book the party, all of the set up was done, easy to get the kids in and playing. The space is great and accommodated all of the parties that were happening at that time (4, i think). There is plenty of room for everyone. We'll definitely be recommending!

Amazing 5th birthday we had for my son! It was like a kids dream come true. We had the 20 people package private party and let me tell you it is worth every dollar. The staff set up everything for you, went above and beyond to making sure everything was smooth and taken care of. We were given donnie and imani who were amazing hosts on helping us to every detail of the party. The whole entire staff there was super professional and made my sons bday such an effortless and unforgettable experience. Thank you all for such an amazing memory very well put together event. So many parents complimented and was shock at a place like this even exists. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Giving this place 5 stars and my personal experience description is an understatement!

Kids had fun. Staff was just ok. Not very friendly to the adults or kids really. No slime available as there weren't enough people. I didn't see that on the website.

This place is sicccckkk!! My 7 year old son and his friends absolutely loved this place. There's a huge selection of different nerf guns, a really fun arena that has movable parts but I will say it was pretty small. I also wish they offered food like pizza / wings. Overall it's a great place for kids.

We held our son's birthday party here. Overall, our experience here was substandard given the price that we paid. I would have expected that for $350+, our booking would have included some sort of 'high touch' service by a staff member (escorting us to the table, slicing our cake, providing a gift table, recognizing the birthday child, or even explaining the logistics of the party e.g. when cake will be cut, etc). We didn't receive any of that. When we arrived, we had to find our own party table (not even a sign for the birthday kid??). Staff appear to all be high school students and were not helpful. No staff is assigned to the birthday table and at no time did they help us...not even ONCE! This was unfortunate given that there were at least 8-10 staff members onsite who, at all times, were more focused on chatting with each other and playing on their phones instead of attending to customers. Normally with a birthday party, one would expect some sort of game, announcement, or some sort of spotlight on the birthday child, but we received none of that. When we asked if they would make an announcement that it was time for the cake, the staff told us that 'all they could do was pause the music and let the parents yell the kid's name. In addition, at no times were the staff monitoring the physical safety of the facility. There were multiple instances where older teens were climbing on top of the bounce house, causing it to collapse on small children who were inside. We, ***THE PARENTS*** had to intervene to prevent children from being harmed while all the while, the staff members were at the front desk playing on Instagram.All in all, I have to say that the experience at this facility was rather subpar given the amount we paid (other parents agreed). I would highly recommend seeking another facility to spend your money at.

We just had our kid's birthday party there, and it was a great experience. I was impressed with how professional and helpful the workers were, especially considering how young some of them were. We'll be back, and others who attended said they'd have a party there, too. Well done.
