I stopped by to get some tickets from ITT. I was hungry so I thought, why not. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a large chicken basket. It comes with fries, biscuit, and five tenders. The good - the food was hot. The food tasted like it was supposed to taste. The bad - the fries were so bland that I had to dump a lot of salt on them to get any taste. The tenders were not very moist and not Saharan dry. Other things - There wasn't an option of gravy or buffalo sauce for dipping. They did have a "pump your serving" of BBQ sauce, ranch, mayo, mustard, and ketchup from Heinz. The ranch was terrible and the BBQ sauce was generic. The price I paid was $10.25 = $2.00 tip + $1.75 drink + $6.50 large chicken basket. As with all other commercial type eateries on base, it's not worth making a special trip. If the bar was open I probably would've had a beer to wash away the bland taste of the food.

You must have military escort to get on base (NAS JRB Carswell). The bowling alley is tucked away off military parkway, and I believe is called Tornado Alley, across from the commissary.Standard bowling alley food (hamburgers, chicken baskets, breakfast items). The staff is pretty friendly and gets food orders out pretty fast as well.Very centrally located on base, you can pretty much walk from anywhere. Great if you dont want to drive off base or get Burger King/Commissary food. Try it!

We love to go to the NAS bowling alley every couple months for a weekend couple lanes of bowling and some fried food. The facility is always clean and the staff are on the ball. We will continue our family outings there when things open back up again.

Grew up here and it hasn't changed. 10 lanes, all-bowl for low prices. Nice employees and good food as well. 5/5.
