My Cafe Breakfast & Lunch

It's a cute little restaurant, I could see space being an issue if you're looking for a table of 6 on a busy day. The hostess station is extremely small, because of space, and there were two girls constantly standing there. When no one came in, they played on their phones the whole time. I'm almost positive they could have found something to do, given some dirty tables. Unrelated, the bathroom smells weird, but maybe that's not such a big deal, not dining in there. lolOur server was really sweet. Long dark hair in a braid or ponytail, glasses, pretty young. The menu is pretty extensive, great selection. The food was fine, nothing exceptional, but it was good. The biscuits were fairly oily/buttery on the bottom, not very fluffy, maybe because of the oil and butter. The bowl of grits was massive, the photo is deceiving. On our way out, thanked the two hostesses, not sure they even noticed we were walking by. I'm not saying an 18 year old needs my experienced work ethic, but dang...Overall, if I lived closer I might go back now and then, prices were good, server was nice.

Love this spot! It's moderately priced, the food is great and the service was awesome! Definitely will come back.

Food was average, very simple brunch place. Was a good experience at first but then the server started adding additional charges to our order that we were not informed of while ordering. We order two kids items (which comes with choice of milk or juice) we picked the orange juice. When the bill came out we got extra charges of $11 bucks. She says the orange juice is not part of the kids menu, only sunny D's juice. No where on the menu does it say anything about Sunny D? Where is the sunny D? Take a look and let me know. We complained to her but she refused to take it off. We also got charged extra toast $3 which was suppose to be part of the entree: she took that off after we told her. Overall food is okay. Average. Good to go if the other brunch places around is too busy. But service sucks, my water was never refilled. Make sure to ask your server about what drinks are included in the kids menu.

Expansive menu and good food. The facility is very basic, 2 unisex bathrooms and a cramped waiting area. The service was not the best; we had to ask for water multiple times. Most restaurants automatically bring water to you once you are seated. At the end of the day, there are other restaurants with similar menus and pricing but much better service and atmospheren

Nice little brunch spot in the Presidio area of North Fort Worth. Location wise this is right by Costco, so if you're looking to grab something to eat beforehand it is right next door. The cafe is nice and quaint - no frills and has a lot of seating. Service was great; wait staff checked in on us regularly and refilled drinks. Considering the area the food is a bit more expensive than other breakfast/brunch places and the portion size is a bit small for the price. I had gotten the chicken fried steak, and the meat was unfortunately quite chewy. I would be willing try again in the coming weeks, but would likely opt against the chicken fried steak.

We stopped in for brunch today. It wasn't busy but we had high hopes. My kiddo wanted breakfast and we were close by. She ordered French toast and bacon from the kids menu. She said it was just ok. I ordered the crepes with cream cheese and berries. I started eating them and was like what is in these? It was awful. It was like a super thin grayish stuff that was just odd and so sweet I had a couple bites it was literally making me nauseous. I mentioned this to the waitress. Her response was she is the head waitress so it's her job to let them know in the back, and someone else had told her the same thing. She came back with our check. Didn't offer something else or even an adjustment. Now we know why it wasn't busy and won't likely go back.

The place was packed and the folks coming out were giving good reviews so we decided meh, we will wait and see if this could be our new little spot. The waitress that directed us to the table told us our waitress would be with us soon however when she got to the table she was ready to take our orders and we were still looking over options. We decided to start with water and I will say I'm not a water snob but this water was not pleasing on my palette. I got excited to see the crepes and decided to go with that and added the blackberries for an extra $2. The food came out in pieces. You got a little bit of your order here and there and we were almost done when the pancakes hit the table. Sadly we didn't have pepper at our table and the waitress didn't make it back to our table until she was dropping off the check. I was EXTREMELY disappointed as I was seeing other people who had ordered berries get berries, where as I paid $2 for 8 blackberries and they literally were on top of the crepes and added no flavor or value to them. The sausage was not to my liking and should I come back I will not order that again. It was a busy day so maybe on a non busy day the quality of the food as well as the speed and accuracy will be better.

Very fast. Great service . Fruit very fresh Decent prices Way better experience than black bear diner . Definitely will be back

Food quality has declined. Their bacon taste to much like burn oil. Their staff its ok and the place needs a little more cleaning. The walls have flies poop and they look dirty. When seating in a booth you font want to be next to the wall.
