Great little family bakery with plenty to choose from. From peanut butter balls to snicker doodles and even a l little pie, good selection to please everyone in the family.

It's hard to find any bakeries around that sell all homemade baked goods. this place is beyond amazing and just across the street from us. We've been going here for about 2 years now and absolutely LoVE everything we've tried!!!!! The peanut butter jelly thumbprint cookies are to die for!!!!! And the business is also great as well. the owner is a really sweet girl and always makes us feel welcomed. go support this small bakery shop. you won't regret it and you'll become addicted Thanks Murry!!!!!!

We have passed this place many times and meant to stop and finally (after hearing the lemon cookie was life changing) we did. We tried the sugar cookie sandwich - OMG, the life changing lemon and a snickerdoodle. I haven't stopped thinking about the place since. We will 1. Be back ASAP2. Maybe the lemon was life changing - see number 13. Owners are super nice

Must try: Sopapilla cheesecake, banana pudding , French soda, lemon cookie, and Dirt pudding are my personal favorites . Chef Ruthie really has a knack for preparing desserts perfectly. Oh and also try out thumbprints . So delicious! Great customer service and the owners really try hard to please the customers. The owner Jarred is super friendly and does an amazing job .

Came in with my wife and daughter craving something sweet after lunch, Murrys Bakery did NOT disappoint! I had a snickerdoodle and cinnamon buttercream sandwich, our daughter had a snickerdoodle cookie and my wife had sopapilla cheeeecake!! They has a great selection including Rice Krispies, cookies, brownies and truffles. ***UPDATE***I am only giving 3 stars as opposed to my original review of 5 based off our first visit. We have been back several times, and while the husband is SUPER nice every time, his wife comes across cold and honestly, rude. Not friendly or welcoming like you would expect out of a business owner. Also, we wanted only 3 thumbprint cookies but were told we could only order them in a dozen or half dozen. Bummer. The banana pudding was really, really good, but for $5? That is STEEP. Sadly I don't think we will be back.

11/12/19 Wednesday 6:00 pm. I have been anxious for this place to open. Burleson needs a strictly dessert place for after dinner as most restaurant desserts are lacking. This place stays open until 9:30 pm.;yes!!!! Drove by and saw the open sign so I had to make a u-turn and come back. There is parking behind the building itself. I walk in and the missus is fresh baking apple hand pies. Her husband is working the counter, plenty of goodies in the case. I strike up a conversation, curious about how they came about and so excited they are finally open. They both converse with me while hand pies are in the oven. I eventually order a brownie, a peanut butter, Oreo ball. I begin to pay but realize I should most definitely get a hand pie since it is her great grandmother's recipe and the smell of baking crust is divine! All of their treats are made fresh daily and today they had to make more hand pies. I take my goodies home. First up we tried the brownies, it is a big piece. It is reminiscent of a Mrs. Field's brownie. It has a wonderful cocoa flavor and it is somewhat gooey in the middle. Delightful! We try the cake balls next. The peanut butter one is not overpowering. It is rather subtle. The Oreo cookie cake ball is oh my gosh decadent! It is perfect; not overly sweet as other I have had. Hubs says he could eat about a dozen on them easily!!! The hand pie will have to wait until tomorrow. I can't wait!11/18/19 Was in the area, any excuse to stop off here after dinner. Today we had the Oreo truffles like half a dozen and as luck would have it, she had cupcakes today. Yes!! 1 chocolate cupcake with chocolate mousse frosting for me. Once again great. Her goodies are not too sweet so you can taste the love!

If I could give a zero star I would! The owner/manager has the poorest customer service skills I have ever experienced. I visited the establishment to place a huge order and to determine if this would be my go-to bakery in the future. It will never happen, not even if it was the last bakery standing. Luckily, I do not have a sweet tooth, so I would rarely patronize the establishment anyway, but my colleagues do so I wanted to meet their request by having treats at the banquets and trainings.It sounds like the husband has a better attitude than the wife. Hubby, please switch roles and put her behind the scenes. She is going to cause you to lose money. True, you have some customers who like your treats despite your wife/co-owner attitude, but that will only last so long. Also, imagine the amount of business you could gain and retain if her attitude and demeanor was as sweet as your treats. Unfortunately, she missed the training on quality customer service. Luckily, there are tons of bakeries in the area, which I will be patronize for ongoing banquets and trainings.P.S. Hubby I will pray for you, seriously! I can only imagine having to live with that sour attitude at home. Bless your heart!

I haven't had anything bad here. The daily special texts are a constant reminder of what I'm missing out on and honestly keeps me coming back. If there is pie of any kind get it. The crust is stupid good!

I have been a fan of the hurry bakery since day 1. The owners are some of the nicest people I have never been disappointed by anything from this bakery I recommend everyone I know to go and try it. Since opening my family has grown close to the owners since we go multiple times a week where are on a first-name basis. If I could I would give it a 10/10. If ever in the area this is a most go.

What a wonderful bakery! A variety of delicious treats include favorites like Rice Krispy Treats and chocolate chip cookies as well as a whole host of seasonal, surprising specials that make it really hard to decide what to choose. Nothing is ordinary - everything is extra special.
