Mr. Wong's Chicken & Rice

We hadn't been here in a few years so we were pleasantly surprised there was a new location. The chicken and rice were the same as we remembered it. Very good and crispy plus the sauce oh man that sauce is amazing. The cashier was very nice and loved that we were able to eat in there.

Stopped here with the kiddos on Saturday. They had the wings, I had the chicken fried rice and we ordered some egg rolls. The portions are generous, but the food was just not very good. The chicken fried rice was very salty and dry, and my daughter had an upset stomach a couple of hours after eating her wings. The egg rolls didn't taste like much, actually the egg rolls and the fried rice tasted kind of like microwaved Chinese food. The wings take about 15-20 minutes to prepare so keep that in mind. In regards to the review that says they are not stingy with the soy sauce...I got two little packets of soy sauce for the chicken rice, and two of duck sauce for the egg rolls. I consider that kind of stingy.

I used to go to Mr Wongs when I went to a college near there all the time and it was like 3 for this same plate and I loved it. 2 years later, I found this place again snd the food is still great, obviously it's a little more but it's still cheaper than anywhere you would go for this food portion. The food comes out quickly and they have tables if you want to sit and chill.

The food here is too cheap. I won't be back. Server was sweet though! I ordered via drive through, the spicy noodles weren't spicy, I threw away after a few bites

Good, decent quality food. The service is a bit lacking, but the restaurant is clean and looks good. There are daily specials that are very reasonably priced. They are somewhat stingy on the sauces, and unfortunately they don't even fill the sauce containers up, so you may need multiple containers. Worth the visit.

It was the last place I grabbed some quick food with my best gf...who passed 2 weeks later (unrelated to this place). =0(It wasn't bad, it wasn't great...more like meh. The chicken has a tempura crunch, but wasn't seasoned enough for me.

I wanted fried chicken wings... I got chicken tenders.... I wanted freshly cooked rice... I got what can only be explained as microwaved frozen rice... at least it was delivered quickly thanks to Door Dash. Probs would never grab this again especially with a Popeyes close by... I'll just cook my own rice.

My food was not even warm. When I got home I was disappointed. It use to be hot and crisp. I world drive across town because it was great. Too bad i won't be gong back.
