We tried the new East Dallas restaurant tonight, and it was a hit for the whole family! While they don't have a kids menu, my 7 and 10 year old thoroughly enjoyed the Sesame Chicken and Orange Chicken. The two entrees were more than enough for the three of us to share. We took home a full to go container. We also loved the edamame to start things off. I did try the frozen hibiscus margarita. It was sweet, but had a bite! It was REALLY good and refreshing. We will absolutely be back. Mom was sick, and couldn't join us, but we ordered her some wonton soup to go. The to go bag kept things nice and warm. Service was great and though the restaurant was small, it ran well and felt clean and nice!

MiYa Chinese has a vibrant and fun vibe with great music and a really lively atmosphere. The decor is modern and colorful and for a busy Friday night, we were seated fairly quickly upon arrival in spite of them pretty packed. We started off with drinks, the Casa Linda Mule is solid and the addition of the grapefruit juice and Aperol makes it extra refreshing and a little different. We also ordered the combo dumplings as an appetizer, they were juicy and savory but be careful not to scald your mouth (like I did) because they are really hot! *Worth it*For dinner I got the Kung Pao Shrimp and hubby, the Sesame Chicken. Both came out piping hot and were really delicious but I wasn't a huge fan of all the cut up pieces of chili peppers but I was easily able to scoot them aside.Overall they're a great addition to Casa Linda since we live nearby and look forward to visiting again soon!

I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, the chicken was not tender but rather chunks of chicken with no flavor that seemed to be made for use as a chicken nugget. The fried rice was cold and hard, again, with no flavor. The manager who checked on me didn't seemed too concerned I wasn't enjoying the meal. The environment is nice and I wanted to like this place, but I won't be coming back. It's overpriced

Followed up on a foodie video I saw and knew I had to try it out. And let's just say I was not disappointed. Everything on this table was 10/10 AMAZING. The interior of the restaurant was so nice and fit the cultural atmosphere, truly a great experience.

Fun joint to eat in. Took the family here and really enjoyed the entire experience. The food came out hot and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and personable. The only drawback was that the floor was super slick. Someone may slip and fall. Besides that we had a great meal.

What a cute place! Definitely cannot miss the red color. Came in to try this place during their lunar celebration but during the early day. Service is great. Everyone was attentive and nice. We had a group of 4 but had to increase more seating last minute. The staff was very accommodating and did not have issues doing so. We are grateful for that! Thank you so much. I ordered the typical orange chicken w. Rice and also the waygu gozya dumplings. Both are very good.

Super fresh Chinese food made to order in a casual, but upscale environment. What else do you want? Our server was warm and engaging and responded to all of our little requests for condiments and sauces. The dumplings disappeared before I could take a picture. I personally make dumplings, so I can attest to the freshness and quality of the dumplings. Really delicious. I had a hard time deciding, so I will be back soon.

These have to be some of best noodles in Dallas! Interesting vibe in the dining room but I will be back to try the chocolate bao buns and maybe a martini - east Dallas was really loving the full bar when I was there & I don't blame them!

Service was nice, needed to be more attention to my water being empty, for they use very small glasses. Atmosphere was very nice but it should brand new place. So I have been working in many Chinese restaurants for over 30 years. So this is what I think it's not [ Tasty Restaurant] that is the cream of the crop, that most Asians go to.There sauces is what makes or breaks a restaurant especially Chinese they do all the same in vegetables and meats, but sauces is what brings out the winners. Miya missing alot of flavors , I tried the Garlic sauce on one of there main dishes with tofu. It liked flavor needed more vinegar to even make it taste like garlic. Then all the sauces wore like water. I had a plate of water with oil on the bottom of my plate, you can tell by the bubbles in the sauce all oil. Not good! The sauce did not stick to my food at all. Like it should so you can taste the flavor of the meal. Needed more corn starch, to thicken, LOL! Like no one taught them cooking 101! My food was trenched in watery something with alot of oil. Even my tofu could not hold up and was soggy. Ordered egg rolls they were a disappointment very small not handmade. My wife plate was the same she ordered the Mita spicy chicken again a plate of watery mess with lots of oil, see the bubbles when you look at the plate. Any way I will try other things there to see if they might have other meals maybe they are better at I think try the duck, another hard meal to get right. So I will give 3 stars until I try other meals see if they have what it takes. But not looking good.

We've ordered here twice now but decided to forego delivery this time to check out the inside! First thing we noticed while parking was the place was PACKED (always a good sign). When we got inside there was literally one spot at the bar and one table being turned over for the next guest. The decor and ambiance is so neat. The bar selection is perfect, the kitchen is visible, and there was a surplus of wait staff and cooks all working together harmoniously. The two hostesses were a breath of fresh air, so kind and happy to be there, and very attentive with wait time updates (even apologetic for the wait, which was less time than what we were told it would be!!!). You could tell these two ladies were prepared to help any guest, as I watched them watch over the entire dining room prepared to step in where needed. Orange chicken, egg drop soup, and chicken lo mein were all fantastic, and made for damn good leftovers the next day as well! I especially enjoyed being able to bite into chicken breast, and not guessing what part of the chicken I'm eating like other well-known Chinese restaurants. Will definitely be back here, as I'm sure many others will be too! Such a great addition to Casa Linda!!
