This is our 3rd time visiting and we have enjoyed it every time. The food is always fresh and their gravy is great. I'll be back just for the Pozole. So warm and the meat was very tender. This is my new go to authentic Mexican restaurant in Fort Worth. Service is always kind and attentive and I love the clean ambiance.

Very limited menu and for not having basic nachos or other normal appetizers for a restaurant plus sense I had brought some friends they couldn't read the menu because it was in Spanish . Also service was bad waited 45 min for food . I also noticed a customer getting take out he complained of a 35 min wait . I think they didn't have enough staff but I won't be back it wasn't a good experience and horrible. Next time I'll be more careful when I bring friends to try a new place .

This place is great! The employees are friendly and the food is fabulous! The chips and salsa are addicting, I can't get enough. I've tried the brisket tacos (mouth watering), fajitas (delicious), guisada (so tender and amazing), and a coworker had chimichanga. That's her standard order at any Mexican restaurant and she said it was the best she's ever had. Try this place, you won't be disappointed!

We've been coming to this tiny family-owned restaurant for five years now. They have all the classic Tex-Mex items but we prefer to order their specialties, items rarely found elsewhere in the DFW metroplex. Tapatio is our favorite. The restaurant has a ton of regulars, so don't be surprised if they greet someone by bringing their favorite margarita without the customer having had to say a word. A final note, this place is super small so go early or on a weeknight if you don't want to wait. They won't seat you if there are too many customers for them to handle. Your server will be a family member. Be kind and remember this is the real deal. They made it through COVID but times are still hard for family businesses.Ps, order the Jefe and get a Tajin rim.

This is the best Mexican food in Dallas and Ft Worth. We drive to Mi Cocula at least once a week from Dallas to eat here. The family is friendly and the servide good. The food is fresh and the chips are crisp. Love their food.

Terrible service- watery margaritas. Waited 30 minutes for our waiter to take our order- just paid for our drinks & walked out. We told the hostess we were leaving & why & she just shrugged. Used to be a good place to eat- no more!

The steak fajitas were amazing and the presentation was lovely. I needed to have a substitution from beans to veggies and was kindly accommodated. What a pleasant experience. Will definitely come back again.
