The food here is exceptional! We have been back just about every day trying different items, the one thing the family continues to order is the brisket tacos and the churros. Oh and the secret dip it's not on menu you must order. Either than that everything has been amazing. Also Eddie is a great server he took the service lever to a whole new experience. Definitely a must try

Highly impressed with this place. I ordered the "lite" fajitas. A great option for those trying to be healthier. Chicken was tender, well seasoned, and generous. Veggies were cooked to perfection and had tons of flavor. I even had plenty of leftovers. Which came with a free bag of chips and salsa! Didn't catch the server's name, but he was wonderful. Family friendly environment but great for a date also. Great gem in Flower Mound.

Surprisingly, I had never tried out Mattito's despite good crowds and what looks like a nice place. We stopped in for lunch and it was a fun time! Had a combo plate that included two different enchiladas, a Tamale, and a Crispy Taco. Overall it was excellent, the only slight disappointment was that the taco shell was not as crisp and delicious as their awesome chips were. We also tried the Tortilla soup and it had great flavor and I would definitely get again. Service was great and quite friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Great spot in the area to get your Tex-Mex on!

Birthday lunch at Mattito's was perfect! The lunch fajitas and enchiladas were so tasty. Cathy was our server and she made sure everything was just right. To wrap up our lunch, they sang "Happy Birthday" and delivered a fun churro/cotton candy/caramel corn creation! The churros were AMAZING!

As always, everything from the food to the service was A+! We ordered the salmon agave and it was delicious (as usual)! The salmon is grilled and the vegetables are steamed so we know we are eating a healthy lunch when we order this dish! We also love getting the fajitas and the beef nachos! My ice tea and the salsa never went dry. This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants and we highly recommend! We also recommend the Sunday mimosa brunch! We are frequently helped by Cathy and Eddie. They are both extremely friendly (as is the entire staff) and Eddie's smile will make your day!

Started off with Top Shelf Margarita on the rocks. Nice that it used reposado tequila which is not usual in most restaurants. My husband had the blue Rumbarita. They have a limit of two for good reason as it includes everclear. On to guacamole for the appetizer. It was okay but they should invest in table side for better quality. Then I had the Green Chili Shrimp Tacos. Very fresh with the right amount of kick from the poblano peppers. The rice was unexpected white rice instead the "Mexican rice" that others serve. Very nice with a butter flavor. It was served with black beans. My husband had the Baja Shrimp. Bacon wrapped and fried with Monterey Jack cheese. Very juicy 6 large jumbo shrimp. Served with veggies of potatoes, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, red bell pepper. Excellent. Cathy was an excellent server.
