MASS Main At South Side

Was in town for a couple days, so I decided to go see a show. I've been a fan of The Marias, so it was cool that they were in town while I was there. It was a sold out show, but it was cool that they released tickets the day-of, it was really helpful!About the venue's location, there's plenty of parking which is great. It is at the outskirts of Fort Worth, I was assuming it was near the Downtown district. However, it's a quiet area. Make sure to get food before, as there aren't too many immediate places to grab food before the shoe. Regarding the venue, it's small and intimate. It has a dive-bar feel, but it is pretty unique. There's a record shop at the back where you can shop before and during the show. The vibes were really cool, and the venue is pretty unique. I've been to thousands of shows and hundreds of venues across the country, and definitely have no reservations recommending this venue. Perfect size, and the sound quality was solid. I only wish there were more food options in and around the venue.

I have to give love to MASS for hosting the Beto for Texas event on Saturday. They were gracious, kind and accomodating. It says a great deal about a business that will host a political event so kindly. In addition to providing the space, they also had beverages for sale, and the gentleman serving was very personable. The place, despite being packed with individuals ready to see positive change in the world, was well air conditioned on this hot Texas day. Parking was acceptable, with a lot beside the venue as well as street parking alongside.For a bar, the restrooms were very clean. The place was well maintained. Pool tables were aplenty. Seating and standing room, A+.I will certainly return to this venue for a non-political event, and I cannot say "thank you" enough for hosting this organizing event.Beto for Texas, 2018!

Great music venue located just off Main St, about a stone throw away from the dairy plant next door and Rahr brewery. I remembered this from back in the day was a Latino night club so pretty cool the new owners were able to update this to another fantastic venue for music. Great beer selections and they have their own parking lot, though not large, you can find street parking fairly easily. This whole area has been rebuilding and MASS has found the perfect time to jump in and take over! Cool place to hit up and catch a live show!

Incredible venue and the best vibes!! Great selection of been and liquor. Saw the the cut throat finches who put on an amazing show the sound was great along with the lights. They have awesome events and great employees. The record store is really cool too. Check out their website or Facebook for upcoming events and drop in for a good night of fun!

There is an amazing comedy night here. And though it was just every once in a while, I was giving positive verbal feedback, I was approached by 2 guys, the host and bouncer, about it. While in the stall, I heard one say "It's all good except for that one gay guy that can't shut up". Like..ok, I'm sorry that after their set, both comedians added me on FB and bought drinks and liked me. Idk, if the comedians don't mind, why should you?
