10/10 on everything !!! Food- is the best thing I've ever had. That's why I only go here when I'm craving Mexican food. Service - they do have a young staff but they are really good at being fast and friendly.Ambiance- so inside is kinda dark which is normal for a restaurant. It's really cute inside BUT I do recommend sitting at a BOOTH. Everytime I sit an open table the table is super wobbly and it's hard to eat. But other than that. It's the best place EVER!!!!!

Started with chips and a variety of salsas- all of which were good. We had 2 spinach enchiladas (**** $15.00) with a very small amount of sour cream and cheese. These were served with tasty, refried beans and rice. We also tried the Tacos De Veggies (**** $16.75) - corn tortillas filled with veggies and cilantro sauce. Served with rice, beans, chipotle sauce, fresh avocado slices and Pico. Iced tea was above average. The service, from being seated, to the wait staff was excellent. I like the atmosphere as well- with it's section for sports and another slightly separate area for dining. This was our second time at Maria Cuca's, and we enjoy going there when in the area.

Recently went with a party of 8 people and I was extremely disappointed. One of the main issues we had was the wait time when we all sat down they took our drink order and gave us ample time to order. After we ordered they took 1 hour to check in again with us about our food just to make us wait another 30-40 min for our food take in mind that one of the persons in our party ordered A SINGLE TACO they never even apologized for the wait time and I could clearly see it was busy but waiting almost 2 hour for our food and having all the surrounding tables waited on was very upsetting. The food was extremely good but the wait time put a damper on everything and was definitely not worth the wait.

Service was good, food was not, drinks were OK. We ordered the chicken chipotle enchiladas and Carna Asada. I didn't like the taste of the chipotle sauce on the enchiladas and the steak was bland.

I've come here a few times now. The first time and even the second time nailed it. Last time I really felt I saw a downward turn to the effort/quality of the food. Today I got food to go for the kids and myself and was beyond unsatisfied. When you eat there the restaurant is cute. Tables are a bit small and due to the amount of plates they bring meals out on it can get crowded. Definitely recommend asking for a larger table than you might think you need.Now today we got fajitas sized for two. I was sad that they gave A TON of good onions and basically no peppers at all. Otherwise it was still tasty. One of my sons got the grilled cheese kids sandwich. It came with a fruit cup but no French fries. Really? So for some white bread, cheese and a $.50 fruit cup we paid $6.99? My other son got beef fajitas tacos. A photo for reference as when a menu says they put onionsAnd cilantro I'd expect more than this.I will be back however it will be a chance.

We have been here a few times and every time we come we have a great experience. Clean, good service and food. We always share the large beef fajita nachos ($14) and get their roasted jalapeño margarita (which is hand made & consistently great). There is a large open bar seating as well as restaurant seating. Bar seating does offer some booths for those needing that type of seating. Music has never been overly loud. They do have a happy hour (check their site) but the margarita we have is $2 off (80s ladies--the days of ladies night is GONE ). None the less, we have met friends and family here, recommend and will return.

We have eaten here several times in the last year. I tried the Cucas nachos and they were so good. Instead of chips they use potatoes sliced. So kind of an Irish nacho thing. The staff is awesome ever time we have been there. The drinks are tasty but not very strong. I got the Peach margarita drink. They have a patio but it was too hot.

I recently ate at Maria Cuca's in Arlington, TX, and it was a good experience. When we arrived, finding parking was easy, which is always a plus. They also offer a lunch specials menu between 11 am and 2 pm. For my meal, I ordered a lunch margarita and the combination #3, which included one cheese enchilada topped with chile con queso and one chicken enchilada topped with sour cream sauce. The combination #3 came with a side of rice and beans. My favorite part of the meal was definitely the Spanish rice, which was flavorful and cooked to perfection.However, the complimentary chips and salsa left something to be desired. The salsa, in particular, fell short of expectations, lacking the bold flavors I was hoping for.Despite the salsa, I would consider returning to Maria Cuca's in the future, mainly because the main course. If you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine in Arlington, it's worth giving Maria Cuca's a try.

Our server (Bill) was amazing and although we have been here before - he guided us through the menu and showed us options that we had overlooked. It really helped that he had photos of the menu items he was suggesting and most (if not all of us) changed our menu selections based on his advice. The food was delicious!! And everyone throughly enjoyed every morsel. Top tip for a tasty appetizer - order the queso and then mix in one of the spicy salsa dishes (that comes complimentary with the chips and salsa).
