Manna Donuts

Let me tell you--I have been searching for my donut place in DFW, and today, I finally found it!First, the owner and his family are absolutely wonderful and so kind. I was instantly greeted even though I had come in after what I'm sure had been a busy morning. The store was sparkling clean with nice seating. Everything looked delicious, and I ended up getting a sausage and cheese kolache, a small jalapeño kolache, a glazed donut, and an iced latte.As I was waiting for my iced latte, the owner motioned toward the free samples by the register. There were free cream filled donut holes and little cups of black tea. I tried the black tea, and it was sooooo good. After asking the owner what had more caffeine (I was planning to study after), I ended up getting the iced latte. We chatted a bit and I learned that the store is celebrating its first year of business this month.Everything I had was SO. GOOD. They use Hawaiian rolls for their kolaches, which I've never seen before (and I'm a native Texan!). The glazed donut was so fresh and totally satisfied my craving. And the iced latte was one of the best iced lattes I've ever had in my life.Needless to say, I will be back!!! Thank you so much, Manna!

I understand the mornings for most is probably the worst but I've been a loyal customer at this location and even have always tipped. The customer service has always been pretty stale but I don't really pay it any mind but this morning I was treated with the worst. I stood in line waiting to be serviced and they skipped me like I wasn't there I let them know kindly that I was next but I didn't make it a big deal and I told them it was okay then they processed to skip me AGAIN for another customer. At this point I'm confused and wondering if I was an invisible or something, I said "am I standing in the wrong spot?" even though I know I wasn't. The lady says "no that's where you order" and I'm just even more confused at this point but I don't say anything because I can take my money somewhere else, I then leave but decided to go back in to speak with a manager because it needed to be addressed and they said there wasn't one present and said "do you want to order something?" Overall there wasn't any accountability for skipping me more than once or for the attitude I got no apology. I give the place 4 stars for the food and 0 star for the snarky and condescending attitudes and the lack of customer service I get when I come. Do better

This place has the best donuts and really good coffee. It is so nice to be able to make one stop or order from one place. Their jelly filled donut holes are awesome.

Once again great customer service. I decided to select items I have yet to try from any dount shop. The milk cream and strawberries with glaze cream dounts are pretty good. I tend to go to dount shops mainly for the jumbo sausage rolls which are always great. I learned today that I need to go with the nutella filled dount from the menu. Me adding the nutella is what really sold me. I'm calling the dount l purchased the strawberries with glaze nutella cream dount. This dount would be fire if they replaced the cream with nutella. Might have to put in a special order request next time. I did see homeless individuals and a lady did approach me but that's everywhere I go. While visiting Hawaii, Las Vegas, etc... It's the harsh reality that many people are homeless. One of the employees did ask the lady to go elsewhere and that's all they can do. We all just have to stay alert wherever we go period!

My daughter loves their iced coffee, I love the breakfast croissant . The staff is very friendly and very quick.

Great coffee and donuts. My go to donut shop for me and my kid!!! Theres little to no wait time and great customer service every visit.

These were some awesome donuts and their sausage rolls were the best I've ever had! They had so many great donut flavors with chocolate almond, lemon poppyseed, and maple bacon just to name a few!

worst donut shop i've ever been to. asked them to make me donut holes with sprinkles and specified on which ones and she said okay then they make them with the wrong sprinkles and wayy too much chocolate. sent my bf to get some today and he stopped at this location instead of our regular one bc they didn't have any and asked them the same thing he was upset about what happened last time so he decided to bring a bottle of sprinkles and held it up and said to make them with these sprinkles so they did. there was barely any sprinkles. more chocolate than donut. and she she set them on top of each other in a box so obviously all of the toppings are going to come off ontothe bottom of the other ones. twice in a rowthey messed up and both of those times were the only times i've ever been there. won't be going back for sure. i would rather drive to a further donut shop who actually knows how to make donuts (their job) don't own or work at a donut shop if you can't make donuts. that's literally your only job.
