Main St Tacos

Pass by this place last month on the way to the brewery. A few doors down, but knew I needed to come back and I'm very glad I did. I'll authentic Mexican food with an amazing salsa bar and all the right spices on the meats. I had a bar of taco, which was Perfection even without the consommé. Taco was delicious and so was the Siguelo. Friendly helpful staff the place was packed and you can't beat $1.25 street tacos for the taco Tuesday special. They should advertise that although it doesn't seem they need the business since, there was a line out the door tonight. The pineapple bowl habanero salsa was a hit for me and I can't wait to take my loved ones there for a delicious meal.

There is no other taco place in par with this one! We love taco Tuesday there for their great deals! They are quick to serve you and the quality is always delicious. Their gorditas are unreal! I love the variety of meats they offer and you can't beat their prices. My only wish is they had more dining space, but we usually order online and to go.

Main St Tacos helped save the day when I came to visit. We had come to visit another shop recommended nearby. This area is a cute area that I wouldn't have ever heard of if I hadn't needed to come out for a couple other things. We went somewhere else to eat after we got amazing coffee at a place across the street. I had said to my husband maybe we need to scrap our OG lunch plans and come to Main St Tacos, but when my husband has a plan he sticks to the plan, so we took off a little further out to another place. Unfortunately the other place ended up falling short of the hype that had made us take the drive too it ... so my husband ended up coming back to this area to grab me a couple tacos to try out to make up for the disappointing other place. The street tacos we got, while on the smaller side, were outstanding. Looking more at their menu there are a number of other things I'd like to try. It's a bit of a drive, but if you happen to be coming this way to do something else, this is a good option to try out when nearby!

The tortas are so good I haven't tried anything else. Try the Cuban. The ambiance and services aren't what you go for here but it is in the hip old-town Mansfield area so it's has area ambiance even if the interior isn't anything to crow about. I like it well enough to make it a regular spot. I'll get around to trying the tacos sooner or later.

Very nice surprise finding this place: clean, friendly AND authentic.This is not the Tex Mex or California Style taco that we have everywhere in this area...this is the real deal (trust me on this one, I do know authentic Mexican tacos). If you like authentic Mexican tacos, this is your place.Do your self a favor a go visit them...You'll enjoy it.

Went to get Tacos for Cinco De Mayo. I normally patronize Tacos La Banqueta but thought I'd give Main St Tacos a try. I'm sorry I did. They do not handle large orders well. I ordered online which was convenient, got to the restaurant my order was just sitting on the front counter while other customers were standing over my order reaching and carrying on. My order of 10 chicken tacos were just that chicken. No cilantro and onions, just DRY! They were out of limes so they gave us lemons. The steak was over-cooked and the chicken was flavorless. I'm disappointed to say the least.

The food is amazing! The service is quick and kind! If you are anywhere downtown stop here and enjoy :)

We come here a lot and the tacos are good but today there was literally plastic IN my taco...

The free taco plate was very nice. The pastor meat was very, very tasty. My husband enjoyed the Cubana sandwich. The guacamole side was also very tasty. I personally did not care for the Mexican street corn cup. It seemed a little wet. overall, we will go back. The tacos were delicious and we look forward to going again.

Green Jeep Taco Talk. Main St Tacos in Mansfield. They have a Taco Tuesday special. While the tacos were good all the meat seemed to be the same. We had a brisket taco and a steak taco. They have a ton of options, tons of different sauces to try. The only issue is all the meats, kind of taste of the same. Just like the spices that they were cooked in. I'll go back and try it again. I mean it's not outstanding but, with all the options and the specials that they have it will be worth trying again. The place is very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was busy during lunch. Very nice place to grab a snack.
