Crab-stuffed Shrimp were pretty delicious. I love how big they are with the stuffing. The cheese wasn't necessary but all tasty.
Hatch Green Chili Queso
The 1st pic is the advertised drink & the 2nd was mine, keep in mind I had to ask for the pineapple. This was not spicy

If I could give 3.5 stars I would. Large place with plenty of parking. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Good fast service. We were quickly seated and brought chips, salsa & charro beans. It was awhile before we got our water which is one of my pet peeves. The charro beans are confusing because they don't bring one per person so I guess you're supposed to eat them by dipping your chip in them. They had good flavor and were slightly spicy. The salsa was also good with a slight smoky flavor and medium heat level. Menu is large and overall kind of pricey. We got a bowl of QUESO ($8) which was average. My Mom enjoyed it because it had zero spice. They serve it with pickled jalapeno peppers on the side. I got CHICKEN QUESADILLAS ($17.95) which were good but nothing special. I was able to bring half home for another meal. My Dad ordered COMBO FAJITAS ($33) and enjoyed them but wished they had more onions with the fajitas. They did come with two peppers he was able to cut up. A neat thing is they serve them with corn and flour tortillas. The corn was tasty and a little thicker than the average corn tortillas. The flour tortilla is massive, seriously the size of a large dinner plate, and more typical size for a big burrito than fajitas but they were enjoyed. My Mom enjoyed her chicken FLAUTAS and also had half to take home for another meal. They have a vegetarian menu and ask you if you'd like to do fresh veggies as a side instead of your rice and beans. They veggies yesterday were green beans and spaghetti squash. Refried beans were bland. Rice was decent. Guacamole served with meals tasted like it came out of a bag. The PERFECT MARGARITA ($15) was very good and strong. Overall this place is good TexMex. We'd probably split meals next time.

We stopped at Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant for lunch with friends, and it was a good experience. There was no wait, which was a nice start to the meal. We ordered chips and queso to start, and they were good--nothing groundbreaking, but solid. Our server was excellent--attentive and efficient throughout the meal. I ordered the combo fajitas, and they were very good. They served plenty of tortillas right off the bat, which I appreciated, as I didn't have to ask for more. The only thing I would have liked was a bit more peppers and onions on the plate, but overall, it was a solid fajita meal. The atmosphere is nice, and they have bar seating with TVs, making it a good spot to catch a game if you're in the mood. With so many Mexican restaurants in the area, it's easy to be overwhelmed by options, but I'd say Lupe Tortilla is a good choice if you're nearby. Definitely worth a visit!

We had family in from NY and CA for Thanksgiving. A proper into to Texas required a trip into Fort Worth to attend a rodeo and a big dose of Tex-Mex. A quick visit to Yelp turned up an interesting but unfamiliar Tex-Mex restaurant near Fort Worth Alliance: Lupe Tortillas. This was a wonderful surprise! It's a big place right next to I-35W. Classic Mexico fun decor, big entree selection, and REALLY GOOD service. All 6 of us agreed that the food was super. We all agreed that this is our new "go-to" Tex-Mex place.

Our dining experience at Lupe Tortilla was a bit of a mixed bag, but we really loved the outdoor patio. For dinner, we shared a plate with a Shrimp and Poblano Enchilada and a Spinach and Artichoke Enchilada, complemented by an order of Queso and Sopapillas for dessert. The Enchiladas were quite good for a chain restaurant. The queso, however, was generic, reminiscent of what you'd find at a ballpark, though the chips were fresh and perfectly salted. The real highlight was the sopapillas--hot, sweet, and served with a delightful array of dipping sauces. We came here craving chips and queso, eager to enjoy the cool evening air during an unusually mild Texas summer. It turned out to be a pleasant outing. If we return, we'll likely stick to chips and salsa, try another entree, and savor those delicious sopapillas on the patio.

I have recently tried Lupe for both weekend brunch and an evening dinner. The service was far better for my brunch experience - the staff was more upbeat and lively! Both experiences were good, but there were quite a few mistakes made with our very simple dinner order. Overall, I would still give them another try. For brunch I had the Praline Pancakes and a Mimosa-Rita! Both were delicious and I work highly recommend! For dinner, I had the veggie enchiladas and the tres leches cakes. The cake was not as wet as I would have expected. The enchiladas were just okay. The cheese wasn't melted enough, it wasn't drenched in enough sauce...the flavor was good but it seemed rushed.

Lupe Tortilla is quickly becoming our go to when we are craving some good Tex-Mex food. Homemade tortillas, sizzling fajitas, and delicious margaritas. Where else can you get a steak and enchiladas plate? We recently tried it and it was delicious. Portions are huge so sharing is feasible. We like to get an app and share a plate most times. Fair warning, it's always packed so be prepared for a wait. It's worth it though!

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty busy. My husband got a filet mignon medium rare and I got the mahi mahi puffy tacos. Not good any of it. It took about 45 min for us to get our food which wasn't a big deal the waitress apologized but when we did get our food, the food was cold. The tacos came cold and soggy and the steak was dried out. We ended up paying about 90 with tip included. Was not worth the price. The waitress was great though very sweet, I was not impressed with the food.

Now been here twice and ordered different things each time. My God. So delicious! And the margaritas are always delicious!Service could've been a bit faster as several times we needed to try to find our server or having to ask another server to find ours. Will defo be back, though. Still a few more things I wanna try on the menu!!

We made reservations for three on Mother's Day last Sunday. This place is busy and even with 4:30 reservations we still had to wait 30 minutes when we got there. They lost a star for the confusion at the hostess stand. Three girls working it and they told us we had the next table coming up but forgot us and kept giving tables away to people walking in after us.Our server Terrence (or TJ) almost made up for it all with his outstanding service. This guy was perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, checked on us and on top of his game. He should be commended! Our food was exceptional. That queso was really good. My salmon tacos were excellent. My only criticism is that the tacos were thin and got mushy pretty quickly. However, everything inside that shell was awesome! Lived the chips and my wife raved about the nachos. That margarita was unbelievable! They don't tonight on the tequila and it tasted really good. All this and the price was very reasonable.

We have a family of 6 with a high chair. We waited for over an hour for the hostess to ask us if we could do the booth but they could have a high chair for that table. We have a a 1 year old. They then seated a family of 5 at a table of 8 chairs. In complete disbelief we said something to them and got told unfortunately because you need a high chair it has to be within a certain area. We had waited at this time almost 1:25 mins. Complete trash for people with children you lost this family unfortunately I couldn't find accommodations within my patients for your bs.
