I had the worst costomer service I have ever had. I do understand how it can be at times but the way that this man came at me was hurtful. I made the mistake by accidentally having my sun glasses on while trying to get guys attention to order a drink. He instantly snapped at me, shouted he can't serve people with sun glasses. I instantly took the sun glasses off. He then continued to harass me on how he could not serve me with glasses on when they were clearly off. You can check the cameras if you'd need more clarification on this.I am a loyal costomer. It was the guy with the camo flat bill hat with the yellow logo.

Fun atmosphere but really small bar in a 7-11 parking lot. Dont know why its so highly rated on yelp. Looks like a hangout spot for under age kids with fakes. Also NO SPINNING WHEEL YELP IS OUTDATED

Well I came out this evening had my mouth ready for this food, ready for a good atmosphere and all I can say is I was disappointed. I walked in I was never greeted. I find a table and it has trash on them from previous customers. I ordered two tacos chicken & shrimp and sweet potatoes fries. Once the food came out the fries were lukewarm the tacos were lukewarm I go to find the waitress he's nowhere to be found for the 10 minutes. And she comes by and asked me is everything all right I showed her my experience of not having hot food and I'll see says I'll I'll let them know. Not anything like I'll let me let the manager know or is there anything I can do this how to make your experience different. Then she comes back with a 6.00 gift card. Wow

Interesting bar that doesn't feel like it should be in uptown. The bro country music was terrible. We only stayed for one drink, but service was fine and the drink was fine. The interior of this place is nice and clean and the neon mural is kind of cheesy, but it's cool.

Great bar atmosphere and had good music! I came here for New Year's Eve with my friend and just finished off the bar hop here. I had a crown and coke and price wise seems about the same for the same drink in other places. It was $10 (for those wondering). The bar had a crowd and I just danced what was left of the evening out.

I used to love this place and spend allot of money drinking here !however last night the owner requested the bouncer to ask my group 5mins after we arrived if we were drinking and if not we needed to "move around" R u kidding me we just walked in the door ... I think ill take my money else where....its not like there isn't allot of options in this area

Random Tuesday evening, and yes we are out again. Just wanted to Parma don walk around up town to get our steps in and check out the scenery.So of course we were on the strip of Mckinney Avenue, walking and we see a new bar, something I haven't seen before, had a cute sign that really lit up with neon glow in the dark colors. We walked in and ask for the drink specials, there Wells were like $7 which is more on he pricey side, I can rationalize since it is a new establishment. They also had a wheel where you could spin and which ever shot it landed on you drank, had to try it out of course! Next they had a 2 basketball goals, we had to play each other of course. I lost by a couple but it kind of became a work out to... *wheeew but overall on a chill night o would definitely come back, just to have a drink, shot or two and keep it moving. Don't forget a round of basketball too !!!
