We were extra hungry and wanted a good burger. Logan's was wonderful. Ingredients were fresh and the meat was so good. Flame grilled ,seasoned just right. Great service too

I'm met my mom, my stepdad and my niece here for my nieces birthday dinner.We were seated in an awkward corner away from most everybody else and the lighting was so dim that we could barely read the menus. We had to get out our phones and turn the light on.Logans roadhouse is supposed to be a good steakhouse and all the food is supposed to be good. I ordered Med rare steak and shrimp and it came out last and was way over cooked, no pink at all.. so I had to send it back and wait to eat while everyone else ate their food.When I did receive my steak it was cooked rare instead of medium rare but I wouldn't head and ate it because I was starving!! This restaurant wasn't very clean at all, when you walked by the kitchen where all the frying was going on it was nasty and it made me think I'm glad I didn't get anything that was fried!! I won't be back.

When you go to Logan's, you get a steak... 4 stars bc my steak was tough for a medium rare) but you have to try it parmesan crusted! WOW! The cheese on top with a nice crust, it's just perfection. Also LOVE their shrimp.. Our server quickly had our drinks out and food ordered. Of course they have a nice western style to the restaurant to feel cozy.

We didn't even have time to finish our salads before the meal arrived. I felt rushed to eat and to get out. Service was ok. But for an expensive meal. I felt like we were eating at a fast food restaurant.

So I have to say this is one of the worst visit I had here. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were food. We ordered food and this young lady come out asking who's food and bartender told her and she slammed our food down on the opposite side of the bar and walked off, didn't even bring all of our order. I went up to ask her about the rest and in a very rude manner said it over there. Bartender Haley just happened to be standing over by the window and heard me. The manager on duty, not sure what his name is but younger guy kind of tall and skinny, was too busy flirt with all the girls to even pay attention to what was going on. Then all the kids working there running around playing on their phones, just unprofessional. I can see know why they are only getting a 2.5 star rating. The owner or GM needs to get ahold of this before it causes some financial problems.

We stopped in for lunch and we're immediately sat and greeted by our waitress Haley. She took our drink order and brought over drinks and answered the menu questions we had. We ordered the sliders and the grilled peppercorn chicken. My son got the kids chicken strips and fries. The chicken was really good - got the BBQ sauce on the side subbed for peppercorn ranch. Had mashed potatoes and broccoli - also good. Sliders were cooked well per request (not a fan of pink in my burger) and dipped in the homemade ranch was heaven! Haley made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Service is great but the food is just not good at all. I ordered the chicken and rib dinner with fries and a salad. Everything was awful except for the rolls. The taste was completely off and it tasted like the products were frozen and cooked. I wish I had a better experience.

So first of all, I love those rolls they serve here, it's a great complimentary appetizer. The Logan or medium well steak was definitely worth it here as well, no wonder it's their signature dish. The mashed potatoes where on point and so where the little onion rings. The green beans tasted like they came from a can though and the potato soup wasn't worth it in my opinion. I also ordered some chicken tenders and some waffle fries for my kids and they were quite good. Lastly, the waiter was awesome and very attentive, she came by to check on us often.

Foods were average not impressed. Service was good but restaurant's policy to wait till all party arrive before seating is terrible because we choice this restaurant to celebrate my niece's birthday and we got an elderly 82 mother in law with us .Was waited 1 hours 10 minutes.Then we were seated at a small table for 9 people.Not very considerable at all.
