Little Caesars Pizza

Each time I purchase pizza from this location the experience gets worse and worse. My food is never ready on time and the store is absolutely filthy. The employees exhibit an "I don't care attitude" and even they look filthy.You should wear gloves to even enter the store because the door handle is covered in grime (see attached photos).C'mon guys, I know it's a low paying job, but no one forced you to apply. YOU wanted to work here.

Ok, I realize it's little Caesar's is not a five star restaurant but still.. y'all, I'm hot. First of all, Little Caesar's is suppose to have "Hot n ready" pizza. Whenever we go to this location we have to wait 8-10 minutes, fine. Tonight was another story. My husband went in and ordered two cheese pizzas. Receipt time stamped 6:02 pm he was told it would be 8-10 minutes. So he waited.. and waited.. and waited. The girl working the counter kept telling people that were coming in "it will be 8-10 minutes" my husband chimed in and said "well it's been 20 minutes and I haven't gotten my pizzas yet. The girl went to the back came back out and said "oh they haven't come out yet." He was given the pizzas at 6:27 pm. Those pizzas should have been FREE! But no, he had to pay for them and whats worse, was not told sorry once! Are you kidding me? Poor customer service. Do better!

Update: changing the review to four stars because of the excellent customer service I received as follow up to the issue. Staff was great after reaching out to correct the problem. Leaving one star off due to the initial problem and still do not recommend the app. Save the hassle and call in your order. Original review: I used the Little Caesars Pizza app to place an order for pick up at this location. When I arrived at the selected time I was told they had no record of my order. Even though I showed them a copy of the order, provided the order number and showed them the payment receipt they refused to assist. I was told to "find a number and call it for help, it should be there somewhere" or order again and pay a second time. So they took my money but refused to give me the order. I eventually found a number to call but the corporate office couldn't ask them to make the order because they are independently owned. We will see how it all turns out.

I'm not the type of person to leave a review, but really got me pissed. I ordered a 3 meat treat and it wasn't cooked all the way. Bacon was almost raw. Topping look like a damn 4 year old put the pizza together. Toppings were mostly on one half and the other half looked like a cheese pizza. There's no point of calling and complain since there's nothing but incompetent teens that don't care working there. Definitely lost my appetite and just threw it all away.

I was greeted right when I entered the establishment and got my food fast. However The mostbestest pepperoni pizza is just a regular pepperoni, nothin special going on there. The cookie dough brownies are very sugary, but melt in your mouth in the perfect way. Overall, very average meal, for a great price, I'll take that 100/100 times. 10/10 will do again.

I doordashed an order from here and had the worst experience. I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, one large Hawaiian pizza, and cheesy bread. The pizzas were not large they were so small. The pepperoni and cheese bread were burned. I let it slide thinking the Hawaiian pizza would be good and as I took a bite the pizza crust was raw!! Never again will I order here again.

ZERO STARS!!! Never EVER in life go to this place. Even if you have to choose between making it to Heaven by eating here or suffer in the pits of Hell, HELL IS BETTER!!! I should have written a review on the day I went in to order pizza and the man said I can't serve you pizza because I'm not allowed to work the register when no one else is here. HOW WERE YOU HIRED? Now that was a few months ago and I clearly forgot I hate this place. Today, 4/6/23, I ordered on the app a little before 6pm, order should be ready between 6:16-6:21. OF COURSE MY ORDER WAS NOT READY, but here is the kicker. I asked for a refund, the woman walked off. Several minutes go by then my order appears before me with a little woman with a major attitude problem saying "well here is your food" and walks off, a 2nd walk off from this staff. I'm no longer interested in the food because my food was supposed to be ready 10-15 minutes prior and I've already asked for a refund. So the first walk off says well a manger has to do the refund. She calls him over. This man says he cannot issue a refund in the store I have to call customer service. NO PROBLEM, may I have your card please , he doesn't have one, may I have the store number, I have to find it in the app or on the website. May I have your name, "we don't have that here", maybe he didn't understand the question but I seriously doubt it. A store manager has no authority to right a wrong at this place. FLABBERGASTED!!! I then call customer service at now 6:41pm cst and of course they are closed , which I'm sure this guy knew but cool. I have no problem filing fraud with my bank. The fact that I have to go through all of these unnecessary steps to get a refund because the workers of this store have no other ability but to take money and make pizza not in the time allotted is truly truly crazy. Anywho you've been warned. If you choose to be livid over a $6 pizza that's your choice. I personally will pay premium prices for better pizza and better service.

The kids working were well mannered and got my food out quick. Pretty clean too. Not too shabby for fw
