Lindy's Treats and Treasures

Small. Quaint. Stuck in the back. The sign advertised a bakery, so I stopped in. Walking in it's a gift slash consignment shop. Walk past all the Knick knacks and country gifts and you'll find a tiny gem of a bakery the back. It's small, deceiving in a good way, as the treats are really good. I didn't get pics, tho I had the pecan brownie and grabbed some blueberry pastries. Both were were wicked good! Brownie was moist but good crisp on the outside. The pastures stayed overnight for breakfast. God taste, not overly sweet, worth the grab.

Mom's Kitchen inside Lindy's Treats and Treasures is the way to go! Mom's was fantastic from the begining. The cake tasting process was fun and delicious. She was up front about pricing and design options. She was easy to get in touch with. The cake itself....AMAZING. So light and fluffy with a delicious preserve. We had lemon with raspberry preserve and vanilla with strawberry preserve. It was fantastic! Best part, we don't have to freeze the top layer. They will make us a new cake for our 1st anniversary! I cannot recommend Chris and Mom's Kitchen enough! I buy the best cookies every time I even walk in. She does everything amazingly!

Extremely disappointed in the level of service provided at this place. Had my parents stop in this afternoon to grab a few last minute treats for a family gathering. As they were walking out to the car they noticed that the cupcakes were not packaged correctly, leaving them to completely tip over and ruined each one. They went back in to ask for some help, only to be told "sorry, we can't help you." When my dad asked why, he was told it was because they had no way of fixing them and they were out of icing. Not only were they extremely unprofessional, but they did not even offer to give a partial refund or allow us to get something else. Customer service goes a long way....and if you cannot provide that or own up to a simple mistake, then you do not deserve our business.

Great lemon bars, rich brownies.Fresh and people are great!Sad that ordering special occasion orders can not be done from here unless you ask forever in advance, but understand why! This baker is amazing!

What can I can say? I regularly travel through some of the best food cities in the country and very rarely have I ever come upon a better bakery than Mom's Kitchen. The folks there are extremely personable, the prices are reasonable, and the baked goods... Oh the baked goods. Everything that I have tried there has been delightful. Many have been exceptional, and SEVERAL have been phenomenal. They make the best darned coffee cake I've had. The brownies are simply lethal to any aspirations of dietary discipline, and the thumb print-esque sugar cookies with a big dollop of housemaid frosting are of DIVINE origin. I cannot recommend this bakery highly enough. They also accept Apple Pay. Beyond giving myself over to ridiculously delicious, sugar fueled bacchanals...I have also enjoyed shopping at Lindy's Treats and Treasures which occupies the front portion of the location's space. They have some very cool and unique gift items (mostly geared towards ladies & pets) and some delicious looking fudge. I have bought multiple gifts for family and friends here and they have been hit after hit.All in all, this is a fantastic place. Go in, get a treat (or 5) and take home a new treasure. You'll be glad that you did.

If you're in Cleburne - Stop by for a cinnamon roll or sweet treat! There's no place like Mom's Kitchen in the back of Lindy's! We've tried several of their baked goods, they've all been out of this world! They have "cake night" once a month where you can buy cake by the slice, it's absolutely amazing!

I ordered my dog a birthday cake from here and he loved it! It was very cute and nice to celebrate him in that way. I also got a piece of cake which ended up being around 2 pounds.. I can't even make this up Lemon Blueberry, outstanding. 100% recommend

So I'm a regular here (especially during my recent pregnancy!). They are temporarily closed during the covid because they are directly off the square so they have no space for car side orders but I can't wait until they are opened again! I love their grilled pimento cheese sandwich on homemade bread. Also every baked good I've tried (a ton) were all delicious and generous portions. I got all of my friends and family addicted to the scones and was over the moon when my best friend ordered a two tier lemon blueberry cake and three dozen scones for my baby shower last December. Their Texas sheet cake is also the best I've ever had! Did I mention I'm so ready for them to reopen!??

ordered 8" triple layer cake. Beautifully decorated buttercream but cake was dry and tasteles. Expensive cake that was disappointing.Len MorgensternCleburne

Lindy's pastries are beyond belief, GOOD!! Had a cherry tart. Crust was flaky, cherries just a bit tart and her glaze added the finishing touch. Just wonderful. Can't wait to go back tomorrow. If you haven't been by to see her lately, you're missing out on some pretty good stuff. Very, very reasonably priced as well. Yummy, yummy, yummy!!!!!
