We attended the Summer Dean, and Dale Watson concert on 7/17, and this was our first event at Levitt Pavilion. All I can say is the City of Arlington did a great job in the design, location, and creating a great atmosphere. Plenty of free parking near Levitt, and thank goodness for inside, air conditioned restrooms. Bring your chairs, a small cooler, and take a seat on the big lawn, or find a seat around the lawn. Their are food vendors stationed real close the lawn, and you have a few decent options, including a vendor that offers beer and wine. Come out and enjoy some music, some food, and meet some new friends. We will be coming back.

We had a blast at the Styx concert!! It was my first time to attend an event at the Levitt and I loved it. I took my niece, nephew and my gf Lu. It was a beautiful night with great weather! They have built an additional structure with indoor bathrooms and VIL balcony seats . We were in general seating and could see everything great . It was my nieces first concert so we made great memories! They had concessions with plenty of food , drinks and adult beverages!! We had so much fun and can't wait to see another show at the Levitt!!

First time here... a friend recommended that I stop in. Live music series you can look up on their website. I was unsure about parking and what to bring so let me help you out: the actual stage area is tapped off. So park as close as you can! Bring your outside chairs/ blankets and a cooler with snacks! The seating is on a grassy area ... casual and comfy dress. You sit where you want... close to others or far enough away! It's nice and it's a great way to be around people after working from home all week! If I had a significant other... it would be a cute Friday night date idea.

An outdoor venue for live shows on the lawn in the heart of downtown Arlington and the UTA campus, the Levitt provides several opportunities for free concerts to connect the community. A recent show featured an outstanding local band (if you're local and haven't seen the Brad Thompson Band, you definitely should!). On event nights there are food and drink vendors. For the free concert series, bring your own chairs, blankets, and coolers. For ticketed events, chairs are provided and coolers are off limits so you're traveling lighter. Nearby amenities are Inclusion Coffee and Ann's Natural Market when you need to find some healthy snacks or bug spray before the show. There are also a number of good local places where you can grab a meal within walking distance.A great backyard atmosphere to bring families and friend groups to enjoy music in the shadow of City Hall.

Not quite alot of shade on a sunny day - but I love finding new history and art whenever I'm traveling. Free parking (I think but my dad was in the vehicle) but of course always double check.

When I have long left the halls of UTA, and potentially Arlington, this place along with a few others will always make me recall my belated college expedition so fondly.I will remember so many Saturday nights with a free concert (I think I have seen Walt Wilkins here 3x, among others), a Miller Lite bought from the kind young ladies at the J. Gills booth, and talking to strangers. Tons of pettable dogs, and getting back to my apartment after all of it, just in time for the SNL weekend update. One thing that makes Arlington so unique and truly special is the Levitt. It has a way of making a big community feel so tangible. It has been a staple for free entertainment for me since I arrived in 2014, and I am so grateful. So grab your lawn chair and a cooler (no glass, I believe) and make your way to a free concert under the stars. Even if it is the worst musician they have featured, you will likely have a great time.

A great venue, a true gift to the citizens of Arlington and the surrounding communities. Thanks to the Levitt Foundation, Downtown Arlington, Baylor Orthopedic, and the individual event sponsors. We're here tonight for The Drifters. We already have our tickets for the single fund raiser this year, The Bare Naked Ladies. A tremendous schedule this season, their 10th anniversary; they've brought back many of the fan favorites from prior years.

I like Levitt Pavilion because Arlington is seen as more of a "sports" city and doesn't have very many fine arts venues. They have outdoor concerts during the summer and fall only. They are also free! I understand that winter is too chilly, but I think it'd be nice if they started having concerts in the spring as well. The venue isn't very large but it still fits a decent amount of people and it's in an open area in downtown Arlington so even if you don't sit on the grass, you'll still probably hear/see the concert. They also have food & drink trucks set up during the concerts. Bring chairs to sit in or a blanket if you plan on watching from the grass. You may bring your own food and drink as well and make it a picnic!

They've got lots of fun stuff happening here year 'round - Levitt is a centerpiece for Arlington's big seasonal festivals like the Christmas lights parade and the 4th of the July festival, but it also hosts a free summer concert series, shows movies on the large outdoor movie screen, and periodically hosts food trucks. They book a great variety of artists, which is great - everything from classical to jazz, to rock/pop, and there's a great range of local, regional, and national acts. The stage is large and flexible, making it great for all different kinds of musical groups, but the seating is 100% uncovered, so if there's any chance of rain at all you may want to bring a rain jacket and a chair. Also, the viewing area is entirely grassy hillside - you can make a seat out of the raised planters and concrete steps around the edges, but those fill up pretty quickly for the popular shows, so if you have a problem with grass, you may want to at least bring a blanket. The only real drawbacks are parking and acoustics. The parking is tricky since it's downtown - there isn't much dedicated parking, and what little there is is frequently closed down for larger events. Granted, there's plenty of free street parking available in the area, but you should plan to walk a few blocks unless you get lucky. As for the acoustics, the mix is somewhat inconsistent, which is probably partly due to bands bringing in their own equipment and partly due to the outdoor conditions, but it can make the live performance experience a little hit-and-miss. Overall, though, it's a great outdoor venue and a lovely way to spend an evening or afternoon enjoying the most agreeable weather of the year while getting a healthy dose of culture.

For the love of god have the Orkin man come out, I have never seen so many roaches. I am terrified of roaches and they were literally everywhere. I was standing in the best lit place and could see them in every direction. Made my husband look over all of our stuff with a flashlight before putting it in the car bc they were that bad.
