I fell in love with this venue the moment i walked in the door. From the floor to the ceiling i knew it would be perfect to host my intimate event. The staff was available and accommodating through my event even through the little hiccups. I've received several email asking how did i find such a cute and classy venue. Thank you Bitz N Pieces. I was a wedding witness recently at this venue, my friend got his wedding party over there and this "special day" was a huge mess. They just do not take care about any complain on this special day. The DJ never show up, catering people just dress "comfort clothes" like leggings, unprofessionall look. They also refuse for serve the food, the HVAC system just never get cold, they suppose to have a security guard and he was almos always at the phone. Manager people they never show up. Worst service, poor service.

I attended my best friend wedding, what should of been one of the best days of her life. To make the story short, my friend was in tears..We had to bluetooth music from a phone to a speaker, because the DJ fail to appear. What seemed crazy to me is that they actually offer to reschedule the wedding.. WHO does that!!!

Held my 50th birthday at Bitz n' Pieces and had an awesome experience from start to finish. Prompt responses to emails, clean establishment and layout as requested. On staff personnel during setup and cleanup were helpful and extremely considerate. Only drawback, which was out of the owners control is the road construction which limited parking. Once completed, this will be an ideal location.

Back in July I had my baby shower at this venue and everything was perfect, they offer so many tables which came in handy because I had so many people, the staff are so nice and helpful. The owner even helped me and my family set up. I look forward to having another event here.
