Two stars for the bartender that tried...I mean really tried to take care of everyone. She was a lone soul...which means the appetizer took forever to come out and getting a cocktail/refill was next to impossible.They say they do Karaoke guy was 30 minutes late. Unfortunately most people want to have a night out during the week before 10:30 pm. 7 would be better, but it is even worse when the music man comes at almost 11. The positive note is many people there come often and don't eat/drink there, but are late nighters that like to sing. We loved some of the people we met.

Had to reorder my burger not cook correctly.Seems old and outdated bar area, wait staff nice.

Like some people say "third time's a charm" Lantern have revamped themselves to be one of nicest, friendliest, and chill place to grab a cold one again. The vibe has came back to lighter and relaxed mood. The new owner is friendly and very welcoming to everybody, bartender is smiling and and even tried to help one patron to get a cab home (she stopped serving him drinks) It was actually nice to see the owner swooped in when he heard his bartender talking to the man about a cab so she could get back to serving people drinks. I browsed on their menu and wouldn't mind trying their food again. It's more simplified compared to before. Apps, burgers, sandwiches and non of those over the top trying to impress everybody menu, this is a bar for Pete's sake! Lol. Their bar tender highly recommended mostly everything, just too bad I came in late and the kitchen has already closed. Will definitely come back for the food and I've seen online that they have paint nights here eve once in a while, will definitely check that out too.P.s. I've never seen and smelled their restroom that clean!! Kudos to that.

Well. Not sure how to write this review - it's a bar. But it's more like a "bring your whole self without any shame" type of bar. Want to be tipsy and sing loudly off-key at 6:30 pm? Sure. Want to rely on Coors and Bud for your beer selection because there's no Shiner (NO SHINER?) and no drafts (to be fair they had broken but no one told us until failed order attempt #3)? Want to have tap water as a teetotaler because there's no Topo Chico ("we hear that's a thing in Texas now")?If the answer to the above is yes, then Lantern Street is your place. Seriously it's not a bad bar and the service is great. It's just not really my type of bar - maybe I'm just too bougie.

Food, seriously? Was that good, sure wasn't wasnt good. Pool tables ok but they need to be away from wall! Service great. Charged for jalapeño on nachos?

Most definitely for Sunday Karaoke! Can't speak to the grill, but Bree (who's new) is definitely worth the visit. Crown picks up by 11pm. And, as an "out of towner," it's worth the stop!

We had a grat expirience at this locally owned establishment. Bernenice the bartender/server was extremely attentive and had a great personality. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food was great. Kudos to this place. They have definitely made returning customers out of us!

Amazing service! Berenice was super nice and attentive! I came in for a few birthday drinks and was even sung happy birthday to! I definitely recommend this bar and will be going back soon!

Berenice is such a vibe!! Even though it was VERY busy she was very attentive to my friends and I. We had great conversations and the atmosphere was just awesome!! Overall a great experience here. I will definitely be coming back! It also doesn't hurt that she's easy on the eyes
