La Tortilandia

My wife and I went two weeks ago, for breakfast, and loved it. I forgot to review it then. We brought our entire family today for lunch and they are 2 for 2! Quite possibly one of our favorite Mexican Food Restuarants in Fort Worth-Dallas. Wait staff is always amazing! There is an obvious feeling of 'Mi Casa es Su Casa' here. Everyone is friendly. They even politely tolerate my use of the Spanish language. I love this place. What a wonderful environment. We cannot wait to go back!

I've driven by this place for a few decades saying I need to try it one day and today was finally that day! Private lot out front with security cameras. Large dining room with a full bar off to one side. Appeared clean. You seat yourself and the waitress quickly greeted us with chips & salsa and asked for our drink order. They have a good menu and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Chips and salsa were good. I'd say the salsa is mild and has great flavor. We enjoyed the chips too. My Mom devoured her sour cream chicken enchiladas. The sour cream sauce and salsa reminded us of our favorite Mexican restaurant in Arlington, Ramones, that closed long ago. We've been searching for a sour cream just as good forever. The rice and beans and refried beans are very good. I order led quesadilla tampiquenas. It wasn't what I was expecting but was delicious and I have half left for another meal. The dish is two flour tortilla cheese quesadillas with fajita steak meat, grilled peppers, onions, tomatoes on top. It comes with a lettuce salad with avocado that comes with ranch dressing on it. There are dinner specials during the week from 3-10pm. Online has family meals too. Claudia was our waitress and was very nice and attentive. She made us feel welcome and taken care of. We are so glad we tried this place and we will be back with the guys!

Everything here is homemade... and it shows. Absolutely delicious breakfast burritos and excellent huevos rancheros.The lady who was our server seemed to be working the entire restaurant with Absolutely no problem - very welcoming.

The staff make you feel like family here, everyone we have encountered are all so genuinely nice and happy to serve. This is a FW hidden gem, the food is reasonably priced and so delicious! On a rainy day I highly recommend the caldo de res, soooo good.

I been here a couple of times and I have not been disappointed. The food is really good, taste like my mom's cooking, the portions are great, they do give chips and salsa. I do recommend this place if you want to have some nice Mexican cuisine that is home made and fresh!!!

Agua de horchata está deliciosa las tortas igual y los burritos de desayuno tienen frijolitos muy ricos y muy buena porción en precios igual algo muy desente

Great place for a quick lunch!We stopped in during our lunch break and were seated quickly with some Chips and salsa. Most of us decided on the Tortilandia Combo which comes with a little bit of everything. Definitely a great choice for someone who doesn't know what to get. The enchiladas were said to taste just like someone's grandma just made them and if that doesn't sell you on the quality I don't know what will.

Best lengua and barbacoa in town! Horchata was delicious. I tried their queso and wouldn't order it again. The ambiance is nothing fancy, very casual. They do have a special deal Tuesday through Thursday after 4pm there are $1.50 tacos.

Excellent locally owned Mexican food. Great service. My favorite is the Sour Cream Chicken Enchaladas, I haven't found them anywhere else (I could seriously eat them everyday)!

I came here with my daughters for a nice dinner in Fort Worth. I did not expect that this place was going to be so good! We were welcomed with friendly smiles and some tortilla chips. There were not many people and the building gave off a very calm vibe. After just a couple of minutes, we recieve our food and it looks delicious! The beans and rice worked so well together, and the flautas my daughters got were cooked to perfection. 100% would recommend this restaurant, it is definitely a hidden gem.
