La Quinta by Wyndham Fort Worth West - I-30

This hotel is not bad. I wanted to give the 5 stars. Service to me is everything. They could do a little more touching the place up . You can tell that it was very nice when built. The staff some were nicer than others. Check in the 3:00 crew was not great we were given on key and a room number that's it. After the first night of the 3 night stay, the key wouldn't work. I left to go to my meeting and came back and the front doors were locked. I was informed at that time that they are locked until after breakfast. I would have known that if the person who checked me I. Would have taken time to tell me that. I had to be nosy at the front desk while waiting for my new key I read a note that was flat on the desk stating that housekeeping only came on Certain days. Last but not least we had no hot water and had to call the front desk . It was fixed I might add. I decided to check out early and the same person who was too busy to share the needed information at check - in was there and told me they only give receipts at morning checkouts. I was done at that point I was out. Breakfast was more than enough for me. Typical hotel choices, everything was clean and neat.To manager / owner : monitor your young staff Housekeeping needs to make sure they don't leave hair everywhere in the bathroom. That can make or break someone's. I travel with cleaning supplies.

We checked in and requested a late check out which accepted online. Get there and they only grant until noon, please keep in mind we are traveling with a senior dog that has time sensitive medication this effects. Between the hours of 11am and noon, house keeping continued to knock on the door to get us out. We booked a king suite and the couch was unusable due to the fact it had brown and white stains all over. We go to get into the bed and the sheets had a white hard substance on them so we slept on top of the comforter. Also, the doors say they lock at 10pm at night and you need your key for safety. It was definitely not locked when we took the pup out before be around 10:15pm. If you have another option then I suggest finding another place for a quick stay.

We booked through the Hotels.com app. I will never stay here again. We paid $80 for a hotel that offered breakfast and a pool. It wasn't until we arrived that we got told both were not being offered. This wasn't disclosed on the reservation or the app anywhere. We couldn't get our money back because it was too late to cancel. So, we stayed. The room wasn't terrible. Neither bed had enough pillows, which was frustrating. And there was only one working bulb in the bathroom. Additionally, there was a $50 extra charge on my card, which they claim I'll get back. We will see. Either way... I'll never stay here again.

6/2021I would agree with all the 1-star people before me- no breakfast; the only* reason we stayed here was because my sister said this particular LaQuinta locale is closer to her residence-The other LaQuinta had a 4.5 star rating! they didn't clean the room, they only emptied the trash! The beds were left unmade, the towels weren't replaced! they didn't replace the shampoo or soaps.! There was a coffee maker, but no coffee, or coffee filters, tea! wtf what's the point of even having that if you can't make coffee! What a disappointment for a hotel! I had 2 Queen bed's, only three small pillows on each bed. If you can find somewhere else to stay- go there!

The price was decent, I should've been suspicious because it was quite a bit lower than most hotels in this area. It is definitely dirty around here. There is no business center or computer I can use for business purposes. There is no alarm clock in the room. The room where the pool is is disgusting and the walls have graffiti in the vents are disgustingly rusted, dripping down the walls. There are multiple less than upstanding looking women that are coming in and out of this hotel (highly suspicious to likely be the paid escort types- On the low end scale). I think this must be a bad area of town. My room smells like a gym locker room, and the hallways smell very bad. They don't smell fresh at all, and smell like sweaty clothes. I will never stay here again. Oh I can only WISH I had read these reviews first.

I wish Yelp allowed zero stars because, that's what this hotel deserves. At 10pm we asked the front desk to get our toilet fixed because, it wasn't flushing. We were told they would come check in the morning. Idk where they expected us to poop and pee for the night but whatever. No one came and at 4pm the next day, no one still had not come to fix it or ask if we wanted to change rooms. So, the manager "nick" came for our room to try and eventually said it was unfixable and left the room. My boyfriend stopped him and ask, can we get out money back for the room since you cannot fix it, and the manager said "we can offer 10% back and move you to another room" 10% was like $7 of our stay. My boyfriend said, "no we would like a refund please" and the manager started walking away from him to the elevator. My bf was like "sir where are you going, are you gonna help us?" The manager said "no we will try to find another hotel for you"WHAT!! They literally give prisoners a toilet and bed and this hotel couldn't offer that. (Based off other reviews, this hotel refuses to apologize)So here we are at 5pm packing our bags, and my bf asked "where do you have us going and where is my refund, and who's making these rules up, that we have to leave?" And I kid you not, the manager said "I'm making these rules up as I go along since you want to tell corporate" ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME! He gave us one night refund (we planned on 2 nights) and refused to give the 10% since we told corporate that we were wrongfully being kicked out of their hotel because, we told them our toilet was not working and we wanted a refund. This guy is pathetic, kept walking away, and this hotel should be shut down!

Took the wife and kids here to spend 4th of July weekend and to go swimming. Well that was an epic fail.One bed had a pee stained the other had pubic hair in it. There was a horrible water stain around the window the headboard hadnt been wiped down. When we told the girl down stairs she offered us another room so we went to go check that room out there was a blood stain on one of the beds. Not worth it stay away the only thing this place was missing was the bed bugs.

Power goes out And they don't even have the common courtesy of checking in on the guest. It's Texas btw who doesn't have an emergency generator for such situations. Especially a hotel. The stairs don't have lights or signs that work. God forbid a guest doesn't have a flashlight or a charged up cellphone.

The only thing I can say that is good with this place, It's cheap. I asked the other guests here and they said the same thing. Cheap. Rooms are dirty. Every floor. Per other guest. The graffiti that someone posted on here is STILL there. I get it. Someone's kid is a jerk. But I mean... it should be gone after two weeks! All that it shows is that no one is cleaning. Breakfast is a joke. Bean burritos for breakfast. All the juice is gone. Nothing for kids. The coffee has floaters in them. The staff isn't around to help. I"t's cheap. You should have known"Ya ok. But the super 8 is next door and I could have saved $30 bucks and gotten the same quality!I have to rethink la Quinta from now on.

This hotel has roaches everywhere. In the rooms, in the hallways, and everywhere in between. On top of that, my work truck was broken into in their parking lot. The staff refuses to release any of the footage of the break in to us and they refuse to refund us. They have been despicable. After speaking with the police department, they said that they frequently have problems dealing with ownership.It's a shame that they are still in business taking advantage of their customers.
